This is a cozy place with great food and great service this place would be 5 stars but I was put off by the fact that they told us it was cash only after we got the bill. There are no signs inside or outside of the business stating that. They hand you the bill and direct you to their ATM in the back...
This place is great for the amount of food and money. Pancakes are delicious. Syrup is eh. Homemade French fries and fresh eggs ❤️ go with 2ppl. You’ll be seated way faster! I had madam croque!
tried Cafe Luluc for a second time after not being too happy with the place.. and I must say I'm glad I did... Place wasn't too crowded and their French toast !!! was delishhhh. (it's my go to dish) nice cozy atmosphere. first time I sat out side, this time indoors... nice for a quick bite for 2
Came here today with my partner. We both enjoyed our sandwiches, the vegiie and the turkey and brie. I also ordered a French onion soup that I didn't like because they used red onions instead of the more common yellow, so it was bitter. Also, they brought it out with the sandwiches instead of before, not really anything against that as I could've specified, but usually you get soup brought out shortly after ordering it.
We loved our breakfast! We had an omelette and pancakes. Anything that comes with fries at 10am is a 10 in my book. Pancakes are best we've had in city. Cash only, but ATM in the restaurant.

Food pretty good. A little overpriced. Didn't get exactly what I ordered. Hot chocolate was pretty good but serving is too small.
This place has really long lines but we went early and there was much less wait.The calamari was okay but the pancakes and salmon benedict were really good. The french toast was pretty good too.
