We went to Cafe Colette for the French toast and it was well worth the visit just for that! Two large slabs of fluffy bread with a crisp outer layer and just the right level of cinnamon and sweetness. They also give a generous portion of maple syrup to add even more flavour to the dish. One of the best french toasts I've had.Their oat flat white was a solid 6 or 7 but their iced oat matcha latte was easily a 9.The breakfast Sandwich was good but not great and is the reason I'm giving 4 not 5 stars.
You can just start with appetizers and be satisfied but everything on the menu sounds very yummy. Their hummus will blow your mind, it is so soft that it melts in your mouth. Their bread it’s so good that you just don’t want to stop eating it. I love that their menu has an eclectic choices of dishes from different cuisines. Aka green curry and fish and chips. The waiters and waitresses all extremely attentive.
Came to the neighborhood for brunch and everywhere we went, it seemed packed. We didn’t even bother to put out names down. We walked by this brunch place and saw a few tables outside getting cleaned up and asked about the wait time. There wasn’t any, so we got seated outside immediately.I order the French toast with berries and it honestly was VERY filling. I only ended up eating once slice. I would recommend only getting one slice (it’s cheaper but I see why that’s an option now- because it’s a lot). The berries were sweet and fresh.I would recommend this place for a nice weekend brunch. Very central to the waters, brewery, etc.
Salmon salad was not good. Croque monsieur was okay. Prefer a bit different style, but I enjoyed it. Lambrusco by the glass was fine - not too sweet. We won't go back since there are better options in the neighborhood.
Came here for the first time to celebrate my daughters 30th Bday, very cute! Food was good, desert was yum and the service was wonderful! We had a separate room for 15 ppl, the server was very friendly and attentive. I would def recommend this restaurant and would visit again!
Kaz is the man! Makes a mean cup of Joe and a cool guy to chat with. Definitely coming back!! The cappuccino’s among the best I’ve had so far in the city.
Came here for brunch on a Saturday. Great little spot. Has Beachy Diner vibes. They don’t take reservations, but have plenty of seating. Great food great service and very good coffee.Avocado toast and the quiche was great. I saw French toast at another table, will try that next time.Definitely go here. Amazing spot.
This is terrific café in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The people are super friendly, and the food is most yummy. I particularly enjoyed the avocado toast with an egg over easy and some salmon.
This place was great! Everything was so fresh. The lox was my favorite, but the pastries were super delightful! Give this place a try. I don’t think you’ll regret it ?
Literally the worse taco I have ever had in life. And absolutely tasteless fish and chips was served as well! Clearly they’re not familiar with salt of any kind or lime for that matter here. The breakfast certainly looked better but we were too late for that. The very friendly server couldn’t make up for the extremely bad food.
