Kudos to the staff of Butterly Bakeshop!Thank you for the great customer service!I put in a delivery order for cookies and cupcakes the night before and requested they be delivered at 10:45am the next day. Long story short the delivery company never came through even after I cancelled and reordered twice based on their instructions.This was a suppose to be a surprise for my daughter and SIL to celebrate their baby turning 1 month old. So I was a little annoyed at what’s happening.That’s when Erica of Butterly Bakeshop stepped in and offered to facilitate the delivery herself. She was very helpful in tracking down the order, driver etc. Most important she was so patient with me even with the many phone calls I was making in order to resolve the issue.P.S. next time I have to order the Brooklyn Blackout cake. Looks yummy.
We ordered a cake for my son's first communion, and got a beautiful, top of the line gourmet cake, very light, creamy melting icing, buttery, not too sweet, high-end pastry! Great artistry as picture shows! Highly recommend - all our guests were raving about this cake!
I just popped in here to get a coffee and a sweet treat because my hairstylist was running late. This was a very pleasant surprise and one of the best cookies I’ve had. I didn’t try the cupcake yet but the chocolate chip cookie I got was just the right mixture of chewy and crunchy. Really yummy.
We order all our cakes from Butterly, they really do a nice job and our kids really love them. Glad they are in our neighborhood! Always a lovely experience.
Ordered a Brooklyn Blackout Cake for Christmas because my mom had suddenly heard of those and wanted one. Great service when I ordered and picked up, but OMG the CAKE! Neither my husband nor I gravitate toward either chocolate or cake desserts as a rule, but this was AMAZING and I suddenly question my past self. My mom was overjoyed and awed! Thanks for a perfect dessert!
This was so upsetting I ordered a cake and it was sent to me on its side. I called the bakery and tried to get the issue resolved and the employee who picked up the phone stated she packed the cake herself and could not be on its side. Clearly from the photos the cake was packaged on its side and the driver added it to his bag sticker side up. I was excited to try this cake but I will not be ordering from this place again. Customer service should be better.
Butterly Bakeshop was so lovely and accommodating with us as we ordered two birthday cakes for my grandma's 100th. They were kind enough to help us customize one of the cakes and did a wonderful job of decorating both. They also were extremely accommodating when we had to change our pickup the next day. Thank you guys again for your work to make my grandma's b'day a sweet one!
I needed a last minute cake and called the shop to see if that was possible. The person who answered the phone was SO nice and patient with me and described the cakes that were left. I sent my hubby to go pick it up and they even wrote on it for us. Now, the part that everyone wants to know: the cake was BEAUTIFUL and above all, DELICIOUS! I’m not a huge cake fan but could not stop eating this one. It was funfetti with buttercream and omg it was delicious and so buttery omg. So thank you so much for coming to my rescue and being kind and talented at what you do!
This is the second year I’ve gone with Butterly for my birthday cake. They made a truly gorgeous one for me, complete with glittering edible cherries! It was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition (and also was delicious). It made my birthday truly special! Highly recommend.
This is one of my go to bakeries in New York! Everything is so good...the apple pie cheesecake, banana pudding and Brooklyn blackout cakes are my favourite! My husband absolutely loves the s'mores cookie. Highly recommend this spot for your next dessert binge or birthday cake!
