Excellent fries, onion rings and chicken tenders. Wines on tap are a nice touch. Clean, industrial -style space. The only minus (and maybe this is me asking too much of a burger chain) the burgers are all well done, which I think is a miss when it comes to wagyu.
Take2: I gave it another chance and nothing else but to confirm my previous survey visit was accurate and to the point that nah it’s not worth it sorry!?It seems that they use different meat for take out cause it's not the same as dine in. Take out is badFirst, the place needs a super duper cleaning job, from sticky floor to dirty seats and tables makes the establishment stink like rotten food and that it does!!! but, this said the food is ??okay let’s just say it’s not a shake shack not even close! First&Last time
Whether vegetarian or meat eater, this place is a MUST eat! My only regret is that, even as this chain expands, it's footprint in NY is shrinking. Now, this gem of a spot in Brooklyn is the closest to me unless I want to drive out to Suffolk County in Long Island...but the food is worth the trip!!!
I tried this burger in Florida and wow! So sad they closed the Manhattan location but so glad the Brooklyn Burgerfi is still here! ♥️ sooo yummy
If you’re looking for the best vegetarian burger joint this is it!! Made order for pickup and it was right on time. Place was super clean going in and staff was nice.Most veggie burgers are smaller but this was the size of a real burger, this really felt like a real treat. Got the beyond meat burger and it was cooked to perfection melty and caramelized. Ordered the “regular” fry and portions are huge literally a regular is two generous portions. The onion rings are thick onion slices. The burger was fresh. The sauces on the side, burgerfi sauce and ranch, were excellent for fry dipping.If you’re veggie and you’re craving a hamburger get it from here!

I’ve been coming here every once in a while since they first opened but after my last visit, I think I’ll now be going to the nearest shake shack.I ordered online and went to pick it up (I only live 2 blocks away), upon my arrival, I noticed there was only one customer…no wonder. Anyway, one of the servers walked pass me and went behind the counter. As she was walking pass me, I said “hi”, no response. She proceeded to label and bag some items. There were 2 other people behind the counter, a guy who was serving ice cream in cups (for delivery, I guess) and another girl who proceeded to pack a bunch of food for delivery. After about 5-10 mins, I was ready to walk out if I hadn’t already paid for my order online. I literally started to wonder, “am I a ghost?…do they NOT see me?” She picked up the phone after the 1st ring and turned her back on me again to continue packing up the orders. Eventually, one of the girls served the only customer that was there after packing about 10 bags of food to be picked up for delivery. She finally addressed me and handed me my food which was sitting there the whole time. I was waiting in a the empty restaurant for about 15 minutes, by the time I got home (5 mins away)…my food was completely cold. The fries were cold and disgusting so were the burgers, no grill or smokey flavor at all…the beef patties tasted like they were microwaved or boiled. The only thing that was edible were the onion rings, hence the 2 star rating. I will not be returning anymore. The old staff used to be awesome and friendly, now they just ignore people.Note to management: The customers that are in front of you should always come first, you should not ignore them while picking up the phone and bagging up food for delivery (when the delivery person is nowhere in sight).
The swag burger is great, parmesan fries are well made, I would recommend. The kids meal grill cheese sandwich is on the small side tho and cheese is not melted.
Really good burgers, about the same price as McDonald's, but the quality and taste are 100 percent better than any other chain burger joint!The staff are all very young adults who are all very professional, courteous, and give you a genuine smile.
