My fiance and I went there in Friday eveing this was the 2nd time being there same experience horrible hostess who stand there on there cell phones seat you with attitude..we sat at the bar yo7ng lady didn't even acknowledge is for almost 10 Minnie's. As we tried to get her attn. Did not greet us with a friendly vibe had to ask for menu 2x.. food was good they need to hire more people who are customer friendly. This happened the first time as well hostess are rude.
I went there to eat and there was no service at all ,they didn't even had people to work ,one of the guys told me that I need to wait 20 minutes because the waiters were leaving and they didn't have personal ,How come that happened? There was people waiting in line waiting and they didn't have no one ,this is CRAZY!! I hope the manager sees this and takes actions because this was a nice restaurant and this is my second time I come and there is no people in the front or waitresses , definitely I'm not going back!!! ?????
If I could give -5 stars I would. Decided to order out tonight and thought BWW would be a great idea. I should’ve taken my behind to the supermarket and cooked dinner! I had ordered the boneless BBQ wings for my son and upon opening the box I was met with one of the wings with a bite taken out of it! I immediately called the store and took photos. The manager said “there was no way his staff had done that and the driver must’ve done it. Call GrubHub so they can give you your money back” so I had to ask, “How’re you SO sure it was the driver? The bag was tied so tightly I could barely open it. You’re saying he took one bite out of a small boneless wing rather than just eating the entire piece?” He goes “ I can’t say for sure it was the driver, but it wasn’t my staff” so, I go to GrubHub and their “Customer support” is just a bot that repeats responses!! I need to send and share photos of my order, especially after paying $83 and waiting an hour and 30 minutes for cold food! This is insane and disgusting! If you choose to order from here, beware. Refunding someone’s money is not enough to solve this problem!
Poor Customer Service, waited awhile to be seated cause the Hostess was running late . Once seated server took drink order and it took about 15 minutes to get our drinks , (not from the Bar). Food took long to come out and when it did the Wings looked like they were sitting there for days . Sauce was Super dry and and looked like popcorn chicken..very small pieces ...large fries looked like a Happy Meal size fries from McDonald's....No form of Management!!!
I ate at this location on a Tuesday and the place was half empty very surprised,this location is usually jumping on a Tuesday, the wings are always good also had fried pickles only problem with the pickles were that they were stuck together,other than that it was good.The service was great, I wish Buffalo Wild Wings served Coca Cola but other than that it went smooth
Called to place an order, Sarah answered. She has no manners whatsoever. I don't know why she's in customer service. They forgot utensils, dressing for my salad and the carrots and celery. Also there credit card machine isn't working. I called to speak to the Manger and they left me on hold. They should closed this location until they educate the staff on customer service
Russell is the best! He took really good care and made sure everything was great. The food and drink were perfect. First time coming here, came to dine in and see the UFC fight here and will definitely be back!
Good service and the food was fresh this time around. Most times the chicken wings bone in and boneless are not fresh. This time I used my points to get a chicken sandwich and all American burger. Go figure...when I pay, the food is not freshly done. When I use the points that I earned, the food was fresh.
So tonight I ordered straight from the website. Spent $60 on food. Got to the restaurant within 20/25 mins of them closing only to find the take out lobby dark & empty. When I spotted a worker I asked about my food & she informed me that the food was “thrown in the garbage”. The restaurant was still open! As I was able to walk right on in without a problem. When the manager came from the back of the restaurant, he issued a weak apology & offered a refund, BUT IN 5-7 business days. I told him that Absolutely unacceptable! & proceeded to call corporate who did nothing as well! I paid a nice amount of $$ & drove all the way there just to find my food gone & no refund was issued, nor was I contacted about this beforehand! Not to mention an employee walking out right as I arrived, with a bag of food in her hand! How do I know this wasn’t MY food she was leaving with? How are you able to leave comfortably & go home with your food that probably wasn’t even paid for when a paying customers food was thrown in the trash before the restaurant even closed! This was the worst form of Customer service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant! The manager proceeded to hide in the office & made me wait an hour before coming out to issue the refund. He only asked the last 4 of my card & walked away. I had to yell out to him “hey that’s it?! I don’t get a receipt for the refund?! Like how do I know it’s even being processed?!!! I am Absolutely livid!
This location in Gateway in Brooklyn is the worse Buffalo wild wings ever. First off they hire anyone. The cashier at the take out was incompetent unprofessional vocabulary was very small and didn't not respond in a knowledgeable way. The chicken was completely cooked on the outside but was not done on the inside. Anyone can walk in the and pick up food by just saying a name there was no verification of the pickup person. You can walk in there and say a name on the pickup bag and just walk out with the food. The cashier was unpresentable. Right now I'm home recooking the chicken. It is sad buffalo wild wings needs to do better. This experience was 200% unsatisfactory. I hope this was helpful because we as consumers don't deserve this.
