This buffalo wing place is a little whole in the wall , but its one of best. It’s reminds me of puck-you chicken. The homemade blue cheese is amazing. The only reason I’m not rating it a 5 is because they don’t recognize national wing day , which is today. They should honor custom with a discount or free wings. Which Buffalo Wild Wings does and Wing -stop and you guys are way better. Bummer
I had a great experience there. The cashier was professional and friendly. My daughter had the boneless wings and I had the impossible wings.
The Food is absolutely delicious and they have great customer service. Ricky is normally there and always has a positive attitude. Stop by and enjoy a variety of wings along with other things on their menu. You won't be disappointed ??
Only thing good are the fries. Wings are absolute trash. Wings were like eating air. Not to mention the bad was so light I thought I only had napkins it there. Waist of money.
Usually the women who cash you out and hand you the food are nice, I've never had an issue with them, they have great attitudes. I've never gotten a drink before when I get my food, but today I paid for it and got a cup. The drink machine wasn't working and there wasn't a sign to say that it was broken. So when I asked if it was working the woman said no. I asked if I could get a can, because I saw another woman get a can of soda, but I didn't see her try to work the drink machine. So the woman said she had to ask her manager. Her manager came out to speak to me, and I asked for a can.The manager said she could give me a refund but I said I was trying to get out of there, because I already got my food handed to me later than I should've gotten because it was just sitting on the counter until I asked for it, I have no idea why my receipt said it was a pickup when I ordered it from the computer. So the manager left, and the other staff came back and asked me what can I wanted, fruit punch or a soda. In the end I got a can, but I'm not sure what the issue was in giving it to me in the first place, and I'm not sure why there wasn't a sign on the drink machine if it's not working. They have good fried oreos when they have the batter to make them. Overall the food is okay, but I have no idea why they weren't warning people that getting a drink wouldn't be possible, or why they wanted to hold onto the cans as if they bought them, like it makes sense to pay for something and then not ask for it.
I ordered food two hours in advance for delivery. The delivery guy was waiting for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, the restaurant claimed they gave my food to someone else and then said they didn't have to do anything about it. It was an extremely expensive order for many people. I am frankly in shock.
It's completely a bad place I waited so long for my food. No one was working and they just stand around and chatting don't come there. Go to the $1 pizza place it's more worth your money. And the ordering machines are broken.
This rating is for February 2nd visit. If I could give it a no star I would. I found out about this restaurant by a doordash delivery while working for them at night. The irony of me coming back twice in one month was that the chicken sandwich was good and so thick it took me two days to eat it and the customer service from the tall man that was cooking on the late night shift was so kind to me and he remembered me on the second visit when I order the Buffalo hot wings fried hard but they were too spicy for me too eat.? Therefore, my third visit turned into a nightmare. And all I wanted was a d&$# chicken sandwich combo. And I was so proud to support a black owned business, but when you hire wretched a$$ people for managers or supervisor positions, their ghetto attitudes will ruin your brand.. Now just image if I was a shopper or a relative of the owners...I would have had her a$$ fired on the spot. Because she really showed her a$$ that night. No customer service skills whatsoever ? ? ?. The letter submitted on their website is below. To Whom It May Concern, Tonight has been a very interesting night with your unprofessional manager. I order a chicken sandwich combo on the kiosk which obviously comes with a drink. This you lady was already hostile about the ordering system stating "it should not gave me the option to order a combo". Therefore, I tried to request a can...then she went on about the higher up says the cans are for delivery only.. Then I said, how are we going to resolve this issue. After her again venting how other people treat her over the soda issue, I listen. Then I said again, can you refund me the difference...she didn't know how to do it...she start venting again about customers and higher up. So I said again, how are we going to resolve this issue, her response was "I'll just give you a can" , she "doesn't understand why I'm pressing for the drink...other people just get their order and leave". I explain to her I want my money worth for the combo, that's when she asked me what flavor, I said sprite or 7up. Now mind you I couldn't get a word in until the end because she kept dissing my concerns about her behavior. Then I checked her and told her I see why customers react the way they do. Its your tone towards people. I was tired of her over talking and getting loud with me which resulted in me requesting a refund. Which she claim she did but couldn't give me proof on a receipt. This is not my first time ordering food late at night after my night job to the Utica Ave location. But this young lady attitude towards me took the icing off the cake. I want to keep this complaint short and to the point, but this young lady need customer service training or fired. Plain and simple. Because her ghetto attitude towards customers will ruin your brand. And I will make sure I will post this incident on Google reviews and on all social media platforms.. This place needs a good cleaning sometimes the chicken is good depends on who the cook is on that day and time
Their fries are good like really, really good but please the fries should only be given freshly cooked, y'all serve the already done fries which isn't fresh when left out in the openAnd sometimes y'all fry new fries and mix it with the old ones which still isn't goodIt should be always fresh.The fries are good tho
