This super cute Kolache shop is definitely worth a visit. The shop is cozy and pleasant, and staff are kind and attentive. The back patio is especially cute. The kolaches are the star though. They even put some kolaches in Texas to shame. They also have some creative coffee offerings, including an ube latte, which was the icing on the cake for me.Whether you’re a homesick Texan looking for a taste of home or just looking for some ridiculously good pastries and coffee, this shop will fill your needs!

Literally my favorite spot in the neighborhood. The lattes are great and the kolaches are superb. I’ve been in town for a month and this is the one spot I have been back to multiple times.Do yourself a favor and get the sweet cheese one. The ham and cheese and the everything/cream cheese options are awesome too.The front and back seating areas are both great.

As a native Texan, these kolaches are authentic perfection! It literally doesn’t matter what you get every single one is delicious. The coffee is amazing, the servers are always SO nice, and the garden is a delight. I’ve spent plenty of days here with my laptop working and the people that use the space to work are polite. There are plenty of outlets, too. This is a perfect local café!

From the excellent coffee to the incredible sweet and savory kolaches and the amazing service, everything about Brooklyn Kolache is exactly what you want from a neighborhood establishment. Kolaches are a Czech specialty that has also grown in popularity in Texas. The owner has now brought these gems to Bed Stuy and I love it. My favorite is the blueberry cheese but the spinach feta is a strong contender. Definitely check it out as soon as you can or get delivery!

Make sure you take note of the Specials Menu before you walk in, it’s posted on the left wall of that semi outdoor foyer. It’s very easy to miss, somehow there isn’t another menu inside where you place your order. Had I seen it, would have gotten their seasonal ube latte instead of their matcha which was just average. Wow, mushroom goat cheese kolache hit the spot even after brunch nearby, we still made room! Tasted fresh and the bread reminds me of the butter rolls from Tai Pan bakery. Few other vegetarian and gluten free friendly options on their menu as well. Did not expect to enjoy the kolache as much as we did. Can’t believe it took this long to check this place out. Cute merch ie totes on sale.

Absolutely delicious! We went back for more the same day. The flavors are tasty and dough is very fluffy.

They have GREAT coffee drinks. The kolaches were so fluffy and delicious, and ours was served warm. They have a nice covered patio seating area with 4 small tables.

Maybe I went at a bad time/day but I was so excited to come here and I ordered 3 kolaches and a coffee. Two savory and one sweet one. The sweet one with the cream cheese filling was good. You could tell it’d been sitting but it was still tasty. My spinach one was cold and not great. And the 2nd savory one had meat in it, was also only okay. Cold meat is not a great mouth feel. I really wanted to like this place as much as everyone else seems to. But it wasn’t great for me.

These things are so addictive! I've had 5-6 different flavors and they are all delicious. My one issue is that sometimes they don't know what's running out when you order so you have to make a substitution after paying. Not a huge deal since they're all good, but a bit annoying when I really wanted the pumpkin one.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while, but to be honest was not very impressed. I got the poppy seed and the pumpkin (seasonal) kolache and there was not much flavor of pumpkin, and it was very doughy. The poppy seed was better but nothing special. If I am every in the area again, I will try different flavors, hopefully it will be better. Service was amazing and staff was very friendly.
