Overall enjoyable; we got two sundaes: Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Sundae, which we liked better than the peach.STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAEThe strawberry compote is the winner here since you get this sweet syrupy fresh strawberry flavor running through the strawberry ice cream and the graham cracker crumbles don't get moistened by everything going on, maintaining their satisfyingly crumbly texture.PEACH COBBLER SUNDAEGood overall but having a vanilla ice cream base means needing quite a bit going on to make sure you don't just taste vanilla which unfortunately was a lot of what I tasted. The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla?The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!
Friendly and fair service. Our server politely declined the service to the customers who cut me and told them that they needed to line up behind me.I really wanted to try a banana sundae unfortunately they ran out of banana. The staff suggested that we do sundaes without having a banana. We went with it since we wanted 3 scoops of ice cream. We thought it would be on a plate however it came in a small cup and one of the flavors was squashed to the bottom.The flavors I got were peach, chocolate, and vanilla. They were all delicious and not overly sweet.
Parking is a little scarce, but once you find it enjoy the scenery. Definitely perfect for families to run around or just relaxing. Great flavors and location next to the Brooklyn bridge.

Perfect for a hot summer day in Brooklyn DUMBO. There was a line when we went but it goes pretty quick. It is a little pricey but you are in DUMBO and this is a quality product. I tried the butter pecan and vanilla chocolate chip both were amazing so I got a scoop of both in a cone. You can taste the quality ingredients in the ice cream. They have Milkshakes and sundaes too my fiancé got a peaches and cream milkshake that was good too. There is a huge area outside with tables chairs and umbrella that’s adds to the style of this family fun ice cream spot.
Nice place, close to the Promenade, to get some good home made ice cream with a view. It's not too sweet and not artificial at all, so it's excellent ice cream that tastes natural. Prices are good too and the staff is very friendly.
Very good ice cream, huge scoops, we had two each but one would have been enough. We were eating it in Front of the river, so we had the view of manhattan
I arrived at brooklyn and I see lots of people doing a line here so I went up and decided to try the ice cream and oh wow, I ordered the double chocolate chocolate ice cream and it was the best decision, super flavourful ice cream, not heavy to the stomach, good balance of sugar and all a really pleasant treat to eat. Would recommend 100% and I'll come back for more ice cream here!!
Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory has a small selection of Ice Cream flavors but the once they have are very tasty!! I really liked their Coffee Ice Cream. Be aware that texture wise this Ice Cream is not like your typical Italian Ice Cream. It‘s a bit harder because it‘s American style Ice Cream. Still very delicious though!!
Recently came here for an ice cream. Staff members were great to deal with and friendly. Facilities were clean and welcoming. Portions were great too!
