I heard this place had good burgers, so I ventured into Brooklyn to find out. It's a ten-minute walk from the L, but not too hard to reach. The place has a few seats and a selection of shakes, beers, and burgers. I got a cookies & cream shake and a burger, which they brought out after a few minutes. The burger had good flavor, perhaps a bit greasy. The shake was solid too. It's not the best place for burgers, but a nice option.
Food was alright, but the service wasn’t great. The place looks like it’s falling apart and the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there either.But what I’m actually worried about is their lack of knowledge of their ingredients. I asked for something dairy free and they told me the Beef w Kraut would do the trick. As it turns out, the bun was one of those sweet Hawaiian buns which contain milk in the mix. Please be careful if you are seriously allergic!
Consistently my favorite spot for junk food cravings ? the onion rings and chicken tenders are both always great, I get boom boom sauce. I've ordered delivery both at home in bedstuy and at work in park slope and its always quick. Food is hot and delicious. No complaints ❤️
I’ll start by saying this, when they can manage to get the order right, the food is good. That said, I can’t tell you how many times my very simple order has been messed up. Today may be the last one for me.I asked for a plain cheeseburger with just the special sauce and lettuce. This is what I opened when I got home… they gave me a burger with no bun. The cheese came off because it was stuck to the wrapper. Oh and this was $10 - no sides, no drinks, just a bunless burger.Check your food before leaving and don’t do delivery. It takes too long and they will get it wrong.

I used to love this place.until I notice that the iPad that they gave us to choose our tip they didn’t show us it anymore.I went two times after that starting happening and noticed that they tipped on my behalf.confronted and ask for the receipt and she refused and said it was the tax.when one more time after that then I never went
Ordered here for delivery in 2020 and 2021. The size of their burgers have been shrinking for a while now, with the most recent one being the size of a single small tomato slice. Not worth it anymore, but used to be.
I order online to pickup for 1pm I then get a text saying my food would be ready by 12:22pm so I called and and called and called to let them know I needed the order for 1pm not 12:22 but no answer so I was forced to drive to blue collar ahead of time when I get there I tell the young lady what was happening she just give’s me my order not caring what I’m telling her then tell me she has no control over what time the food is done so I asked here what is the sense of yours website asking what time I need my food ready I it won’t be ready when I need it. mine you when I got to blue collar the food was already done obviously way before 12:22pm the time they put I get the food my car and it cold drive to my sons school because the food is for my son and long behold the food is wrong. Disgusting service I can’t believe you’re working don’t answer the phone i will not be going to blue collar again and will not be recommending
Every time that i go to Blue Collar, I'm impressed by how much this place keeps getting better and better. I'm not just talking about their food (although the double cheeseburger topped with crispy bacon that i had tonight, nailed it, killed it, and then slayed it). But my experience with them tonight was so effing nice due to this really nice young guy who's taking the phone orders, waiting on the tables, working the cashier's post and making sure the orders get out of the kitchen was so nice and helpful when I went to pick up my dinner and it was discovered that i made a major snafu of ordering from their other location. Man, he fixed everything including any issues that i might have coming in the next year. Really professional, friendly, you know, made you want to be there and stay there. Love this place.
