I really really liked this spot but the food got both of us sickIt's a lovely spot. Spent a few hours here. Everyone working is so friendly and it's just a lovely spot even as a traveler. They have a great selection of foods, breakfast, drinks, and pretentious hipster things.Unfortunately, not sure if it was the iced coffee or the food but it got both of us sick, nauseous and with a lot of stomachache. It was the only thing we both had all day until hours after so it has to be them. Its a shame because i loved it otherwise and the sandwiches were very very yummy too
Hands down my favorite spot in ENY. The staff is always super friendly. I’ve eaten from here several times and each time it does not disappoint. My favorites are the waffle platter, greenwood mango smoothie and the turmeric veggie burger. All 10000/10So happy they added this in my neighborhood I will definitely keep coming back
I'm mad I did not find this place sooner. The church ave smoothie and pumpkin patty were so good! In addition, the customer service is top notch! If you are looking to put more greens in your life this is just place for it!Tldr- Absolutely delicious!!
Smoothie was absolutely delicious. The time it took to get my order was ridiculous. There was no ine in front of us but the young lady was making drinks for the staff and after serving them she preceded to converse before making my order. I love the fact they are a black own business hut the service was unacceptable.
Horrible service I waited 1 hour for 1 smoothie I didn’t even get because they never made it so I had to cancel my order and have my time waste! The food is good but If you want to wait 3 hrs for your food this is the place for you!
I absolutely LOVED the spinach waffles with the tomato, spinach, bacon omelette! It was so delicious!! I can’t wait to try more food from here.
I really love that the food is healthy and very tasty. My favorite is the Franklin Frittata with Tumeric toast and the drink I have with it is the Church Ave Special ?A must try!?
Finally some better food options in East NY!!! Customer service was great. I had the Vanderbilt Veggie burger and it was delicious, especially the bun. My daughter had Canarsie Cranberry Smoothie and she enjoyed it as well. Made fresh and not too sweet.
The food is awesome!All of our sandwiches were great. I highly recommend the Salmon.All of the drinks are phenomenal from the smoothies, to the juices, all the way down to the free Sage and citrus or mint lime not totally sure what it was.Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful.It gives off chill coffee shops vibes but you know you’re sitting down for lunch not hanging by out for a few hours on Your computer.I will definitely be going back while I’m working in this neighborhood or in the area.It was great knowing that it’s supporting black owned business.hopefully it brings more businesses like it into the neighborhood
Very good sandwich minor mixup. Love the Pennsylvania Peach. Its helps you overlook the error. Staff was very welcoming . Calm energy in the area. Not my 1st or last time coming here....
