Love this place but always very crowded because the bagels are amazing
Don't hope to walk in and order and be out earlier than 20min, like your local bagel shop should do. Deliveries take priority here these days and it's an easy 20-25 min wait for two bagels!
Aside from the bagels and spreads, the food is not that great to me and I prefer the cheaper bodega breakfast sandwiches over theirs. However, I really loooove their beverages—from the juices to the coffees, they are sooo good! They have the best chai/dirty chai latte I’ve ever had. 5 stars for beverages, 2.5 stars for food.
Paid just under $9 for two 5 oz containers of cream cheese, neither of which were full. Stood in line for over 10 minutes for this, as there’s no ordering system or clear line for anything, just a bunch of people standing around. I’m disappointed about something or other every time I go here, and unfortunately there isn’t another bagel place nearby, but I‘m not going here again.
Ordered online and went to pick up was told bagels weren’t done it’ll be a few more minutes waited and the bagels are cold. Then they Forgot my cream cheese, so I called the bagel shop and they couldn’t even be courteous and replace the cold bagels with warm ones since that’s why I had to wait. I know it took long bcuz they didn’t make my sandwiches.So I had to go back to get my cream cheese and this is how my coffee came. I’m So insulted and this was waste of everyone’s time. This place doesn’t respect the locals who invest time and money into this establishment.
Waited so long for a pretty small order and when trying to ask staff where They were with the order they were extremely rude. I saw them give an attitude towards another customer in which they messed up that persons order. Extremely unprofessional staff.

We ordered on Postmates and arrived at the time of the indicated pickup time. The bagel shop was extremely busy and rude and repeatedly told my husband that the order was lost they couldn’t find it. After an hour they figured out the order had been completed on time but it was sitting there and the people behind the counter were just idiots and didn’t see it. The bagel was hard and dry and bready like the bagels you get in the supermarket or airport. Gross. Never again.
