These tacos are to die for, there is no competition between them and taco mix. A simple win for them all around. My new favorite location for tacos. Amazing staff and cooking is so on point. To pay so little for amazing tasting food in this time and age is a real blessing. Has the perfect blend where no meat that is bland. Only be aware there is a little kick to food if your sensitive to spice try but don't add sauce or onions as they add more kick.
Birria-Landia is parked on Metropolitan Ave, close to the intersection with Union Ave. big clean-looking food truck, small menu of quality eats (a few items) + soft drinks, and pleasant workers make for memorable street food in Brooklyn. the truck is parked from late afternoon to midnightish. there are some park benches near the truck, but there are other spots nearby if you want better views in Williamsburg.come here for the Birria tacos, Birria Mulita or Birria Tostada—stay for the consomé. simple process: order, pay (cash or card), get an order number ticket, and a short wait of about 10 minutes…aqi tienes: tasty tacos. the “Birria” is stewed chunks of melt-in-your-mouth beef in a broth of spices. taco tortillas are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. the tacos are topped with onions and cilantro. simple, and yet simply delicious. highly recommend getting a small cup of Birria consomé to dip your tacos in and sip the rest after inhaling your tacos. tacos are $3.50/each + tip. a small consomé is $4.staff are chill.

2022.04 we passed by and rushed to get order to go, didn’t eat in car. Food quality drop a bit when we got home. Super good taco, the soup is really saltyThey move to the triangle, not next to Kellogg diner the day I went.

It has such a nice beef flavor to it where its like a cow giving you the warmest hug, It becomes a whole other level when you actually dip your birria taco in it. It makes the taco 10x juicer and its like you're in heaven. I ordered 3 tacos but really wish I ordered more after I finished it in like 3 min.One thing I really enjoyed was the consome. This place is never a disappointment. Every time I’m in town I must stop in and buy some food. They are super consistent with the food. They have one in Queens but I always choose to go to this one because there is less of a wait.I usually get everything on the menu which is usually about four items. But my favorite is the Mulitas. But trust me when I tell you everything else is delicious from the tacos to the tostadas I always get those as well.I am also not a soda drinker but when you have authentic Mexican tacos like this you must get a Jaritos soda to go along with it. It just makes the meal more authentic in my opinion lolThat being said this place is a must go if you are in the Williamsburg area or even if you are driving back on the BQE it’s literally right off the highway.
These tacos are amazingggg, I’ve ordered from here twice, I don’t go here as often as I want just because the location is a bit far but the travel is worth it! I definitely recommend for any taco lovers out there. ❤️ ?
this review is long overdue as i live next to this truck and frequent it often. i would die for birria landia. coming from california and being constantly disappointed by NYC mexican food, birria landia has been my saving grace. the tacos are superb, the tortillas are perfectly grilled, the birria is flavorful, the pickled onions add a fresh acidic bite, and the consumes is just… everything. also leftover consumes over rice revitalizes me the morning after a night out. i seriously cannot rave about this place enough. birria landia, you have my heart.
The birria tacos are flavorful. Add in the consome (soup) and it makes the tacos tastes even better. They give you some pink onions and hot sauce on the side. Definitely a frequent visitor as I work around the area. They have a system where they give you a ticket with a number on it after paying for your food. The line make look long but before you know it, your # is called.
