One of those “everything as it should be” slices: light and crispy dough, sweet and bright sauce, tasty cheese and toppings. I had a pepperoni slice right out the (wood-fired) oven, satisfaction guaranteed!
Solid Slice shop. I can't think of another doing wood fire by the slice. Let me know if you know of others. For those avoiding fish note the grandma slice has anchovies in the sauce.Great regular slice. Great white slice. Few tables/booths inside and outside.
I live down the street and frequent best monthly if not weekly. It’s the best, don’t doubt the name. Go in and grab a slice, their grandma rotates and you won’t go wrong with any choice you make here. it’s my favorite cheap eats around.
Born and raised in New York , pizza is the most important thing when it comes to staple foods .Living my whole life in Brooklyn is always a debate who has the best pizza , many recommend this place so wanted to see for myself what’s the big hype.When I walked in it look like a typical Pizza joint, I got the opportunity to speak to Brian and he gave us a small tour and explanation of this establishment.How the oven is over 120 years old , how they use Oak to make the fire and they prepare mozzarella in-house and how many hours it takes for the onions to cook (I believe he said six , I could be wrong)Also got the opportunity to meet the owner super friendly down to earth humble man.The vibe is amazing feels very Brooklyn.Customer service five starsI had the opportunity to order regular Pizza pie ,grandma and the white pizza everything was amazing . Thin crust very delicious . Hands-down top 5 Pizza places I have ever tried. Also had a arugula salad very good.I highly recommend to visit this spot . Just sit enjoy every bite.

I have had pizza at almost every place I have been too and I can confidently say that this is the best pizza I have ever had. The flavor and thickness of the crust is perfect. If I had to pick one place to eat for the rest of my life I will pick Best Pizza in Brooklyn. I have been eating here for 11 years and gosh it is always just spectacular. ♾/10 recommend
Traveled from Chicago, and this was the only place on my list to visit! I'm pretty sure it really was the best pizza I have ever eaten! Enjoyed a grandma slice and some garlic knots, wife had a slice of white and bro in law had pepperoni. They were absolutely delicious. Will definitely make this a destination the next time I'm in NYC!

I paid by the slice here (cheese) - second to none and my favourite recipe in Brooklyn. I was a follower of Frank P's Pizza Show via Munchies for a while before checking his spot out. A must visit for anyone wishing for a delicious snack (or meal). I just wish I ordered more.
Great delicious pizza but take it to go. That sweet garlic steam seeped into all of our clothes. If you sit inside for an hour, your clothes will smell like pizza for a week.
