Good pizza but nothing to rave about. Ordered the Margherita and Sopressata Picante (6 slices each). I preferred the Sopressata Picante over the Margherta, and added Mike’s hot honey on the side to drizzle on. The kick of the hot honey was a nice touch, but $3 for the side seems a bit much. Also, the pizzas were a bit too burnt for my liking.
Enjoyed dinner here with my husband and sister in law. We ordered the Neopolitan meatballs, fire roasted peppers with burrata, eggplant and zucchini pizza and the artichoke and pancetta pizza. All of the food was excellent and great service. Highly recommend.
One of my favorite pizza spots in Crown Heights! Lots of outdoor seating on the street and in their back patio. Indoor seating is plenty too. It’s super cozy inside with exposed brick and dim lighting. What we ordered:Arugula salad - not very sharp or bitter. Marinated cherries are little bursts of vinegar. Pine nuts are a welcome textural complement.Clam pizza - so so so good. Perfectly served with a wedge of lime. Covered in toasty garlic pieces. Actual clam meat bursting with flavor.Sopressata Piccante - perfect balance of the tomato sauce and the hot honey ($3 extra).
Good pizza and beers. We got the outside patio space for a large party and vibes were great. The mobile ordering/payment system also made it very easy for multiple people to open tabs. Would come again next time I’m in the area!
Lovely spot to grab a big or small bite any time of day. Two of us ordered the Kale Caesar and Four Cheese with Pepperoni pizza to share and still had leftovers. I really enjoyed the pizza crust fresh out of a piping-hot, wood-burning oven, and all of the flavors were fresh and vibrant. The patio was a great addition to the sunny-day lunch. I will definitely be back for more.
The food is great, probably my favorite restaurant in BK. The service is laughably bad in a Brooklyn casual way. Sometimes I feel like I'm bothering the server just by asking for anything. At the end, as if the interaction isn't impersonal enough, they give you your check with a QR code to scan and pay as the server disappears for the rest of the night. Interesting place, good food.
Pleasant staff and nice, cozy ambiance. The food was good but a tad bit too salty. The garlic bread was fresh and very tasty but, meatballs were the highlight for me ?
Really great pizza and really close to the Brooklyn Museum. The 4 cheese and pepperoni was the best one we had. We also had the margarita and museum and sausage pizzas and they were also really good. In general all of the pizzas were crispy neopolitan style. I don't know why this has like a 4 on apple maps though, it really is much better than what I think a 4 is.
Service, ambiance, decor, and pizzas were outstanding. It is a must place to visit. The dough/crust of the pizza was perfect and toppings, as simple as they were, were exquisite.
Hands-down the best pizza I had during my entire visit to New York! 5/5, must-try restaurant with a super cozy atmosphere and great music.
