Good happy hour — live music and rock solid menu! Got the shrimp and they were nice
The best stuff on the menu is definitely the salads. The warm artichoke and the duck confit are standout. Otherwise, it's a pretty chill neighborhood bistro/diner with a good vibe, below-average bread and great outdoor space. As everyone else has mentioned the live music is a fantastic addition but it's got a lively energy regardless.
Food and atmosphere. Spoke w owner and he was super friendly and fun. Really enjoyed/highly recommend.
We stumbled across here on a hot day, whilst wandering around Brooklyn. It’s tucked down a little side street. It has a nice outdoor area. The food was delicious (I had the duck salad and my husband had the Croque Monsieur). Both delicious. The service was good. Attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend here.
We ordered 2 spritzes in Happy Hour which was till 7pm. When we got the bill they had full priced them at $12/drink. The waiter said that Happy Hour was only till 6pm and they had not updated the menu which is behind the QR code on the table? Then why not update the menu and gift us the difference rather than misleading the price and making us pay full cost? The spritzes had no spritz, no bubbles and too much Aperol. Last time I looked a Spritz has bubbles. We ordered salads, which we under seasoned and mediocre. So nothing tasted great and misleading price list == 2/5. Nice terrace though and view on Smith. Cool vibe.
Used to be a favorite! Now they’ve got QR code menus and refuse to give you anything on paper. Kills the cozy atmosphere & will isolate community members who don’t use smart phones. The last thing I want to do when walking into a quaint bar-cafe is to immediately open my phone. Please bring back the real menus! Then I’ll be back

Best eggs Benedict in the neighborhood. Ask for tomato and avocado on it.
New favorite place hands down. The burger was SO good, Stella on draught, and the guy at the bar was the sweetest dude. Super Parisian and beautiful in there.
