Excellent service. I was in a rush to catch the bus out of town and the manager and cashier hustled to get my bagels quickly. Great hard working staff that truly care was my experience
They mixing every other order.Workers seem lost and spaced out.Seems like they having problems communicatiing with each other.Owners should create system of taking orders and preparing them.Today we got tuna melt on the roll instead egg and cheese on everything bagel. That’s too great discrepancy.
Best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. The array of cream cheese is truly spectacular. And gluten free bagels are available!
Bad attitudes in there- several people.. A simple bagel with butter and this was the lighter half ! Could of at least let me know .. all those bagels- you could of toasted a different one. Also ordered 2 eggs bacon and sausage and a coffee a whole separate time and it was 18.75 . They do what they want and they have terrible customer service! Wish it was different bc the bagels are good.
I'm not sure why I can't find this location to review. The bagels and service were excellent. We had bagels 4 times on the trip and these were by far the best. Fresh and yummy. The place was well organized and fast service.
The good is food, but they put the price of the food all the way on the other side of the room. And it is printed very small.when you go up to the register to pay the cashier they can charge you whatever they feel like charging you and talk about overprice I usually buy a drink and a sandwich and the amount was usually 16 dollars.then the next time I went i decided to just buy the sandwich and not get the drink cashier charge me 15dollars and change. I went to the deli ri g ht across the street got me a sandwich and a drink7dollars
Huge bagels! Very soft and freshly made. Hand rolled too. Went there to check it out and may go out of my way again.
This place has a really interesting selection of spreads and bagels, so there's something for everyone. They also have a courtyard in the back, although being in NYC it's small and has that classic NYC grime to it.I thought the bacon egg and cheese was pretty good. It's a sloppy mess of a sandwich packed with lots of bacon, eggs, and cheese, so it's pretty much what you'd expect. No problems with presentation. I got mine toasted on an onion bagel. I would have rated higher, but virtually all of the onion bits were burned when I got it, which was definitely unpleasant. So maybe I chose the wrong kind of bagel, but either way, the burned onions definitely hurt the quality for me. Affordable otherwise though. Might give it another shot when I'm in town.
Busy bagel spot with nice outdoor seating
Came in on a Saturday, was first in line, it took 25 mins to get an egg and cheese bagel! Worst service ever. They made about 20 to go orders before starting mine. They really need to take care of customers in the store better. Never again
