Good spot, went late morning, quick counter service. Got the Onion Bagel toasted with Cream Cheese. Generous serving of cream cheese. Friendly counter service. Tons of options with bagels

It would have been 5 out of 5, if it wasn't for them putting my pizza bagel sideways inside the bag and for it getting messed up inside the box. Otherwise the bagels tasted very delicious, the bit expensive but very delicious.

Poor experience:1. the paper used to wrap the bagel gets stuck to the egg, making it difficult to unwrap. I had to scratch the paper off meticulously to make the bagel edible.2. The bagel itself is just ok— nothing to write home about. I probably wouldn’t recommend out of town friends to Bagel Point to experience authentic NY bagels.3. The atmosphere of the shop feels stale. The automated kiosks give it a fast food chain feel.I can’t speak to the other menu items, but if you’re looking for a good Egg & cheese bagel you’re better off walking up the street to Bakers Dozen which has a friendly neighborhood feel, delivers faster, and has better tasting bagels. Or alternatively, check out “Have a bagel” in Williamsburg.

Stopped by this place for a good bagel sandwich. I was not disappointed.Ordered a bacon egg and cheese with turkey bacon and it was amazing. A little low on salt but that's fine since you can always add. Also ordered a grilled cheese wit tomatoes. That was also good. The order took a bit longer that I expected. The reason for the 4 star is because adding basically anything extra to the sandwiches is $1 buck. There are toppings that aren't worth 1 whole buck but it costs that anyways. The another reason for the rating is the price. I only ordered 2 sandwich one iced coffee and one juice. The total cost was 27 bucks... that's a bit high for me small bit imo. I know the area is rather expensive, but still. The place is super clean, modern looking (they have kiosks), and have wide variety menu. Not thar many seats. But i was able to seat and enjoy my visit.

Yummy BEC! Bagel was good, if a little chewy for my taste. Would definitely return!

All I have to say is that THIS SPOT is EXTREMELY a must go to spot, not only for the amazing and delicious bagels but for the coffee it was 10 out of 10 hands down. CHEVY was an amazing character he introduced me to amazing different flavored cream cheese that every one must try! CHEVY you're the man! thanks! They live up to their INSTAGRAM expectation. Again, me and my fiancé loved the spot and will always recommend it!

I want to love Bagel Point. It’s so convenient and it’s a neighborhood staple. However, every time I order online (via their app), the order is wrong. It’s not one off, as I’ve had this happen 5+ times. Today, they did cinnamon raisin bagels instead of blue berry bagels. They also just don’t scoop the bagel when you indicate it (which costs 50 cents extra). Because everything is wrapped up, it’s near impossible to verify before leaving. Then returning to ask them to scoop a bagel or change the bagel type is just not worth it.Bagel Point could be good, and I want them to be good, but I think it suffers from its mass scale and drops the ball on getting things right.

Received this mess for breakfast, the eggs have zero flavor. The cashier girl just gives you a blank stare when you say hello and thank you. Nobody wears a mask while preparing food either. Won’t be going back.

Love these bagels, big time. Came across this place by chance while in the neighborhood and have been going back ever since. Such a tasty and authentic NY style bagel. Boiled and baked with such a variety of flavors. I find the flavored cream cheeses a bit on the side of expensive and although they do have a great flavor selection I usually don't opt for them because of that, but the bagels themselves and even with plain cream cheese on them are very nicely priced and inexpensive. You won't be disappointed with these bagels. I also love the nice old NY retro style interior with some window seats if you feel like eating there. My favorites are the Pumpernickel everything and the Egg everything. Its also nice and centrally located in its Greenpoint neighborhood.

I love bagels, I was working in this area and was craving a bagel so I tried this place. I ordered 2 everything. My plan was to just eat one and save the other for the next day. The first thing I noticed was how heavy the bag was, I thought maybe they gave me extra but it was just the 2 bagels. They were slightly warm and very big! They were delicious, I ate both of them right away and ruined dinner because I was stuffed the rest of the day! Crispy crunchy on the outside soft and chewy on the inside with plenty “everything” on both sides 10/10
