Came here for our Uzbek fix after finding out that Nargis is on renovation. Looks like a family run business, cozy little spot tucked away from all the main restaurants. The food was good not great. The tongue salad and harsho soup were my favorite. Lulya kebab was flavorful and juicy but the liver kebab was “well done” instead of the usual medium/medium rare. I wasn’t a big fan of samosa as it was way too soggy and needed to have a crispier dough.Prices can’t be beat. Wish they had liquor although I think BYOB is allowed.

Honestly very disappointed. The food is good but carrots in Uzbek plov were soggy and the meat isn’t even proper meat! The meat portions were so disappointing, it was literally a pathetic 3 pieces of FAT on BONES. Feel like I wasted money on a lunch that isn’t even filling. Total disappointment.

I have found my favorite Uzbek restaurant! We ordered "boiled dumplings", manteh, and lagman. The best were the manteh and dumplings, which we call chuchvara. Absolutely flavorful and homemade. We ordered through seamless/grubhub and it came super hot and deliciously unctuous! We added labneh at home for a more sour yogurt but it comes with its own sour cream style yogurt. We will be ordering again and again. It was a slice of home without all the work of making the manteh and chuchvara or dumplings. Thank you!!! We are so grateful for your restaurant!

their food is not tasty, after we left the cafe I felt bad and I started to burp, by the evening my stomach hurt a lot. the food there is just awful, I will never go to this cafe again

The portions are way too small. Smaller than any Uzbekistan restaurant I’ve been on. The bad thing is they don’t tell you how small it is so you get to order more or bigger plates. Smh

Amazing experience. Food and service were on point.I would definitely come back.

I was craving Uzbeki food, and I was kind of disappointed. I ordered pickup from GrubHub. The food was cold, and all over the place. It was also leaking a little bit. I ordered the Fried trout, which was supposed to come with potatoes and mushrooms, but there were no mushrooms!? The trout also did not feel fried at all, and it was cold and greasy. I also got the Liver Kebab, which was just okay, it was decent at most.

Grabbed chicken kebabs and rice, all dark meat and very fatty , basically ate rice and threw out rest , and was hoping this was gonna be my next Sahara being im close to area..???? However i realize im a lil harsh with one star , and dont and will never bash a privately owned establishment..its simply my experience. As I've seen place packed on nights ...could have been off night or just ordered wrong thing on menu...?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️idk..but i do kno how hard it is too run privately-family owned establishments nowadays.....

Lamb shishkebab is fantastic

Nice personal and good food.
