The first time I came here I was on my first date and barely ate anything because I was beyond nervous. This second time around, I made up for the first time! Lucky to report that I came back with my date from my first time around and were celebrating an early 4 month anniversary. Atithi will always have a special place in my heart!
Delicious food! Will definitely be coming back
Good solid Indian
Excellent food and customer service. Plenty of staff to assist. Music was also really good!
This new Indian spot in Brooklyn is our new favorite Indian spot. You can get the most delicious and authentic south Asian Indian cuisine here with the BEST service. We started off with the mango lassi, it was sooo creamy, soo refreshing, I could honestly drink 10 cups of these on my own.We love a good deal so we got their 3 course meal for $17.95. You get an appetizer, entree and dessert. Honestly, I was stuffed after the appetizer. Their portion sizes for their appetizers are no joke. The lamb spring roll was the side of a beats pill speaker!!! The chicken samosa could barely fit in my hand! They were both sooo delicious, I am actually craving them rn as I'm writing this. We also got their crispy bokchoy fried in chickpea batter. I would pick that over french fries any day!For the entree we got the chicken tikka masala, its a classic when you are overwhelmed with the unlimited choices. The creamy sauce was delicious, it also came with basmati rice. The lamb rogan josh was super flavorful and the meat was soo tender. Indian cuisines really know how to mask the after taste of lamb, I usually never order lamb but this was delicious! We got another entree a la carte, the saag paneer. I love cheese and with the spinach?? It was heaven, every bite simply melted away in my mouth. The server also recommended another super popular dish if you like spicy, chicken vindaloo, the spiciness builds up and lingers in your mouth. Only gets hotter and hotter! If you love spicy then you should challenge yourself to the chicken vindaloo! We also tried the rasmalai and kheer. Cant go wrong with dessert. The rasmalai was so refreshing and definitely helps cool down the mouth from the hot hot chicken vindaloo. The kheer was delicious as well. Rice pudding is a classic.Overall our experience with he food is was 10/10 and the service was a 11/10. Their humble and big hearts made the food taste ten times better. Our cups were never empty for more than 5 seconds. I swear I have never seen any server work as hard as this team. They were so dedicated. This is honestly my new fav Indian cuisine spot in Brooklyn. Amazing service and delicious food! Name a better duel.
Amazing Indian food! Absolutely loved the veggie samosa and tandoori chicken. Their portions are generous as well (especially the mango lassi!). Service was top notch - they were so fast to clear the table and made sure our iced waters were always filled (very helpful on a hot day). Would def recommend and will def come back to try more dishes.
The best Indian food I’ve had!The dishes and spices where so greatly balanced, and the service was on top! The waitress was so nice, she offered us some bonus desert that was one of the best things I’ve had in a while….The food, the atmosphere, the service, thank you!
I ordered at Atithi for pickup and when I got here the order was not ready. While I waited, they offered me water but I declined (very nice of them). After about 10 minutes, my order came out and they gave me a complimentary mango lassi. The staff here was super friendly and seemed like they really cared about the service.I ordered the chicken vindaloo and it was very good and spicy. Definitely enough for two meals and the quality was good. I will be back to try other dishes. Give it a try if you like spicy food.
They let us have dinner w our little dog under the table
Outstanding Indian food. Everything was absolutely delicious and executed to perfection. The appetizers are particularly delicious. Highly recommended.
