Milkshakes were delicious, ice cream a lot of flavours and nice enough. The whole ordering experience could have been a lot easier if the staff were helpful and the flavours displayed at an earlier part of the ordering process - there was a short queue but staff impatient and taking people behind you in the queue if you hesitated for a moment to choose one of the flavours (which are great and not your usual flavours so it takes some time to read the descriptions which is all written in small print). An expensive treat that would have been 4/5 star had the staff made it an experience rather than a stress.

Great ice cream, and big selection! Super unique flavors too, some I've never seen anywhere else. Their best flavor is cotton candy, which I know sounds crazy but I swear it's true.

Incredible ice cream and the service is top notch. I went with my daughter last weekend and it was so delicious and our ice cream scooping professionals were really kind and friendly. We look forward to eating ice cream here all summer. And hey bonus, they take cash unlike some other places.

My wife and I took the grandsons last night. The cost was typically extravagant (who cares?) and the scoopers too cool for school (not news, though the lack of face-masks was a hip little frisson). Call me old-fashioned but I just expect that for everyone's Chunk o' Change we'd get outside seating (the squatter's hut on St Marks) that didn't boast filthy tables (5 baby wipes and the crud remained) and chairs that weren't hopelessly broken. My wife's chair crumpled causing her (besides a bruised elbow) to crash into the grandsons' chair and tip the ice cream cups off the (cheap) tipsy table into the mud (suddenly I understood the cruddy mess on the table-tops). At first, I despaired but then I realized that the ice cream was mediocre, hyped, and really no great loss--but what a sloppy ship they're running! Glad for local business to see that others are so high on this place. Once among the faithful, too--we've had it. (VanLeeuwen, here we come.)

The environment has high energy and it’s a super exciting place to taste different interesting ice cream combinations. I had unbaked/baked ice cream. YUM. Not my favorite spot, but worth trying it out.

Lovely staff. Unfortunately awful ice cream. My partner and I walked by after dinner for a treat, tried the oat cookie flavor and some kind of cookies and cream deal, and were promptly disappointed not even a few bites in. The flavors were flat. Both the texture and creaminess of the ice cream lacking. I’ve had vegan ice creams with a smoother feel and milkier taste. The second flavor even had unpleasant swirls of ice. Please don’t spend $7 + tip on a medium cup here.

Impressive stuff! We got an ice cream flight and they were all awesome! All flavours are creamy even the water based ones like the Guavito. Generous size for the price too!

Ice cream is pretty good and consistent. We go there a lot with the kids as we live in the area. Salted caramel is always a win.

Friendly service and unique combinations of flavors. Also like the projector screen entertainment while you wait online.

Fantastic ice cream and friendly staff. The lines are long so you know it's good, but they move quick
