Best Pupusas in Town. I had Queso and Frijoles Pupusas and we also, order Tacos de Pastor.
This place is incredible. I’ve been searching for good pupusas in the area for awhile now and while there are a lot of decent options none come close to the ones here. The red sauce is amazing and a little spicy and the curtido is on point. I went on a night where they were having electrical issues but they were more than happy to make us pupusas and even invited us inside for drinks. Don’t sleep on this place.
Delicious pupusas made fresh upon order. Supporting a family-owned establishment. Solid food option in the area.
Fairly new eatery with lovely staff. Food was delicious and affordable. Would recommend to anyone.
Call ahead if you plan on making a trek out here, came during business hours and was told they weren’t cooking as it was too hot.
Cash only because apparently “someone stole their cash drawer.” Grade pending, and as my cousin and I looked at the menu on the back counter, we noticed a cockroach crawling up the glass. The kitchen area also looked very messy with dirty dishes piled up. To be fair, there was only 1 lady working but we had plenty of reason for walking away. Plenty of restaurants in the area, the is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness.
An absolute gem of a spot. This fantastic Salvadorian joint turns out some of the largest and most delicious PUPUSAS! The PUPUSAS are massive and filling and are offered in several varieties. Paired with the pickled veggies and delicious bright salsa these savory corn rounds are well balanced. You can tell that the doñas put in a lot of love and effort in preparing the food. These are perfect for a picnic across the street in Maria Hernandez.
Great food, family owned. A truly wholesome place. Be patient with service.
This place melts my heart. The pupusas are delicious, and they are the kindest people who really care about the community. We need to keep this place in business!!!!
Randomly stumbled onto this place as they were closing and she ushered us in kindly after we stared at the menu for too long. We chatted with her as she made the pupusa‘s, left so she could close then found a park bench to eat them. Honestly some of the best Pupusas I have ever had. Of course, I’ve never been to El Salvador, but I did live in Washington DC for two years and had my fair share of excellante. Her salsa roja is
