Fish Friday is a real bargain for locals! The Togarashi could be used for a great baguette sandwich and the whole hot smoked salmon is just simply delicious when eaten standalone.

Smoked Whitefish!!!! Delicious!!! Son's wedding in San Francisco and our tradition is to serve a traditional breakfast for visiting family and friends the morning after. We don't have a good source of smoked whitefish salad anymore since Costco stopped carrying it so I searched and found Acme Smoked Fish. They had two varieties so I called and talked to them on the phone. Was very surprised that it only took 15 seconds to be connected to a human being !!!! Wow and Kudos! I bought three 16 ounce tubs and they were air shipped overnight across the country arriving in perfect condition. It was the hit of my breakfast party and I'll be buying more on a regular basis. I just had the Smoked Salmon Poke Bowl and it was excellent! I sauced the rice with all of the sauce and spice packet, then topped it with the fish and some chopped cucumbers — it was just the right amount of spice, and the fish was delicious. I hope I can keep getting it at the Walmart near my office. Thanks for delivering such a great product!
My favorite Friday morning activity has become riding my bike to Greenpoint for Fish Friday. You can’t beat the prices or the quality. Their pastrami and everything smoked salmons are amazing, but the sleeper hit is the salmon candy. I know, it sounds weird, but it’s amazing. It’s got the sweet, it’s got the salty, it’s got the richness *chef’s kiss* it’s truly a top tier snack. Also, the people who work there are always so nice and helpful at pickup, I never have to wait more than a minute to get my order. Don’t sleep on Fish Friday
I have been buying your Herring in Wine sauce andI find it very hard to eat with all the vinegar you are using. I suggest that someone taste it and then try the vita herring in wine sauce and you will see a marked difference. I have a friend who has a PhD in food science and he says it is a vinegar issue.
