The staff got the order wrong on one of the burgers, requested it to be fixed to the right order. Staff made me get all the burgers so they can check it. I do not understand why they needed to check the burgers that we were not having a problem with. When speaking with staff, asked why they needed to check all burgers when we only needed one more patty on just one of the burgers. Staff responded with an attitude and stated he just wants to check. There is no need to inconvenience patrons while they are eating to confirm that we made an error in the order. Poor customer service and unacceptable requests on part of staff. Just needed to add an extra patty. Do not recommend.
By far the best burger in Townsville. Great staff, fast service, fresh ingredients, and well-cooked food. Look no further
I like this place. The food is good. Good burgers and good frozen yogurt with a lot of toppings to choose from. A little on the pricey side but still affordable. Only thing I don't like is the metal tables and chairs.
Food was fine, even good; but I won't be returning until the pandemic is over. The three guys behind the counter who were preparing food & ringing up customers seemed friendly enough, but they weren't wearing their masks correctly. If masks don't cover both the mouth and nose without gaps, they're useless. I got good tasting food, but I didn't feel safe in the establishment and while I never took my own mask off, I just couldn't feel good about these guys breathing on what I ate. If they're that sloppy about safety precautions when preparing food at their jobs, I don't infer that they're being more cautious when they're commuting to work or socializing. It's just too much exposure for a burger and fries, ever good ones.Look, if you've bought the myth that the pandemic is almost over, and you're just reading this rolling your eyes thinking, "FINE but how does the food TASTE, Captain Corona Buzzkill?!" I'll give you this: The caramelized onions were good enough that they made everything else on the bun *including the burger* utterly irrelevant and superfluous. I was so inspired, I made myself a caramelized onion sandwich on a bun later the same week at home. No burger. Just two onions sauteed until they got jammy & brown. Salt, pepper, & Kewpie mayo. It was awesome. But the universal truth is that caramelized onions are always glorious. They're also cheap to make, require no special equipment & all they take is some attention & patience. I don't have to go back to Yo-Burger to get them.Yo-Burger obviously thinks a lot of their Milkshakes because they charge over seven dollars for an unadulterated chocolate milkshake with a straight face despite the fact that milkshakes are small, don't even fill the cup, and are just really nothing special. If you're gonna charge 7 bucks for a small milkshake, you'd better be ready to justify it with undeniable flavor and make every sip worth the cost. I've been thoroughly satisfied by a cheap chocolate milkshake, and I've been blown away by a few pricey ones, but I have lower expectations for the cheap ones. At Yo-Burger's price point, I expected something much more impressive. Not only was it not worth the cash; it wasn't worth the disappointment. Just buy a pint of Ben & Jerry's & toss it in your blender with some milk. You'll end up with twice as much milkshake for less than one at Yo-Burger; and it'll taste better.Consider yourselves informed, Dear Googlers.
Burger and fries were good. I need a more authentic milkshake before giving Yo burger a 5star review. Next time I'll actually have some froyo, too. The concept seemed pretty cute and simple. Get what you what, weigh and pay !
This is one of my regular lunch spots. Good burgers. Love the fries! They also have beer on tap and picnic tables outside which is great when the weather is nice.
Wow, this meal was the bomb!! Two double cheeseburgers with grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, ketchup, bbq, and bacon & a large sweet potato fries. Try the strawberry shake with oreos! You’ll thank me later ??
I think this place is really good, they offer alot of options for just a burger place and the fries as well as milkshakes are great, my only problem is that the quality is sometimes inconsistent with the burgers and fries but other than that it's delicious.
It's good food, like a poor man's shack shack, just make sure you ask about prices.. The menu is created very slick where there's a lot of hidden fees and if you don't say something you will be charged. Smh
The is our gonto for quick, and \\\"healthy\\\" alternative to fast food places. You can replace your bunny bunny lettuce wrap and they offer other meats other than beef. Great service and family friendly.
