The burgers didn’t taste like it was cooked all the way I never used to have a problem with any white castles but that one didn’t taste like it was fully cooked
Everyone has the craps and my 2 year old is sick with a stomach ache and diarrhea. The food is not being properly handled or maintained. Last time we get food from this White Castle.
Staff was great will definitely be going back when passing threw. They were very quick and friendly.
Food tasted fresh. The lady at the drive thru window was super nice and my order was all there. All of these things sound like the least but in the Bronx it is not likely to find hospitable workers at fast food restaurants. So this was a wonderful experience.
Your typical burger joint however these burgers are a lot smaller. I like how they are adding variety such as the sloppy joe. The service is mediocre here starting with the lady up front who gets mad when she asks you to repeat your order to having to ask for a straw and having to guess when your order is done because they only say it once and chances are you missed it because of the plastic wall covering they are behind.
Food was good nice and hot !!! But slow service it looks like they're short staff .. The lady in the drive-thru is very polite.
Not the fastest you can wait on the drive thu, but I love them little sliders
I’ve come to my favorite food establishment with my nephew because I promised to take him here for his birthday, and I placed my order and which took forever because there was no cashier to take my order for a few minutes, and then I realized that it’s hectic in the back and the manger is yelling and going out of control on her employees, that is no way to treat your employees and from what I saw it seemed like she was doing a good job handling customers, but it took 15 minutes to get my food. This place is very unorganized and unprofessional, The manager needs to take a chill pill
Breakfast sliders were hot & fresh. Ordered double cheese burgers with no salt, pickles or Ketchup...best burger yet! Hot & fresh
I had a urge for a White Castle jalapeno cheese burger and decided to indulge myself. I ordered the double jalapeno cheese burger combo and knocked it out right in the parking lot. I ordered via the drive thru and the wait was not long. The service was prompt and professional. The burger lived up to my expectations. I was not disappointed.
