One more extra helper in the back, would make so much of a difference. Crowd control , delivery orders waiting section needed/ there just standing @front counter, like there making a order. I had to ask did u order? No courtesy to even step to the side. Also honey mustard can't be the only dip option 4 chicken rings/like fr it's 2022 White Castle!!!
Kind of slow service for drive through.Staff was very polite.Food was hot and fresh.Entire order was correct.Would come back again.

Not a big white castle ? fan but this is a good location for late night food.
I've ordered from this location about three times. I'll either order the veggie sliders or Beyond meat burgers and fries. The sliders are always bland; the onions overcooked, making them taste worse. The fries are harder than pretzels. I tried to give them a few chances to get it together because most places are understaffed. But I've learned my lesson.
It's funny that whenever I hear about white castle in a conversation, I'm met with some fond memories or that there was some sort of falling out in their relationship over a disagreement (wink). So, as for this particular location, I can definitely say that for the few times I've visited, said location over the years,I have not had any problems with my order or food. But what I will establish is that as a fast food restaurant, the wait will times will definitely get to you.. I'm not sure if it's short staff or a pile up at the drive-thru window. So I recommend that perhaps if this is what you crave, either curve those cravings or plan ahead.
My BF ordered off the WC app at 6:30pm took a casual walk over at 7:00pm and did not get his order until 8:00pm. Insane! No one really trying to wait at WC for an hour for a couple of tiny burgers. Like WOA ?
Staff using gloves to handle money and food, cleaning over/in areas where food is being cooked. Tried the spicy Joe and it tasted weird as if it was cooked on one of the just cleaned surfaces. Don't the Fst Joe was expecting it to taste like that. SMH..
Was not happy, I was turned away for not wearing a mask which is understandable. I come back with my mask and find out that three customers are being served with no mask. I confront the staff and I'm told to get over it.
