I ordered impossible meat and they gave me beef, when I spoke to him about, it he caught a attitude and refused to give me my money back. instead he tried to charge me extra for impossible after charging me for the beef that I did not want. I won't ever go there again. -5 stars.
This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Waited 37 mins for my order of 10pcs chicken rings, 3 cheeseburgers and 3pcs mozzarella sticks.
They have a lot of people asking for money in and around the facility.Your scared to eat there. Very bad experience everytime I go with my grandchildren. They cry because of the scary things happening there.You need security there.
There was only one car in front of me in drive-through and they took 15 minute for 4 sliders. Also that did not even have a garbage bin in front.
My 1st time ever here. We were out shooting for a movie and everyone wanted to stop. Other than the bathrooms not being able to be used it was a wonderful experience. They even allowed us to use it which was great because we hadn't gone since 11am...
Grease is horrible... IT MADE MY TUMMY HURT... ATE AT ANOTHER WHIT CASTLE THEY SHRIMP WAS PRETTY N GOLDEN N FRIES WAS pretty.... THIS WHITE CASTLE DISAPPOINTED ME N IT ALSO HAVE POOR CONTACT... TOO LEAVE A MESSAGE IS SOOO GHETTO!!!..... I want a refund or LET ME KNOW WHEN YALL CHANGE THE GREASE!!!
Slooooooow drive thru even yours is the only car present! Amazing. 20 minutes just does NOT make sense.
Let me be clear the only reason why this location has three stars is because I love white castles and always have since I was a child however this location is extremely unprofessional and rude as hell I particularly have a problem with The fact that you order ahead and your food is not ready when you get there what’s the point of ordering ahead if you can’t get your phone to be ready upon arrival makes no sense
