The food was literally microwaved it was nasty. The customer service was really nice though ♥️♥️ but one combo meal cost 12 bucks?? I could have microwaved a meal at home, saved mad money and had better taste.
I always enjoy eating fron their menu. today I ordered fish w cheese sandwiches and they tasted old. I never had that happen before. Good thing I ordered chicken rings and cheeseburgers that tasted good. I have had better experiences.
Service was fast & the food was fresh. If you eat the (double) cheese burgers. I highly recommend you get them steamed. It make the burger taste better and the bread softer.

Came here on Friday(03/11) afternoon and the older white lady working the register was very rude and just givin off bad energy, the place wasn’t crowded and she kept me waiting to order till she finished “sorting her change” idk who trained her but CUSTOMER SERVICE comes first, the food was good except my mom and son fries were hard and overdone. The next day Saturday(03/12) I came back at night hoping for better service, this time going threw the drive thru. My food was hot but my son chicken rings was missing I had to go inside to let them know, then to make matters worse the middle aged Dominican lady at the fryer gave me 2 orders of fish nibblers Instead of shrimp nibblers ??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️ UPSET is an understatement how can you misread the order. People work to darn hard for their money to be getting treated like anything!!!! The whole staff needs to be retrained (at this location) or let go because if that was giving to a person who was allergic to fish THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY VERYYY BAD FOR THE WORKER, AND THE BUSINESS. ??

Currently can't sit at this particular white castle yet. It's white castle. If you've gone here you know what to expect you will go to the restroom after the meal - unless you have the impossible patties or chicken items. I enjoy the impossible patties and the waffle chicken sandwich best from here.
I've been going to this White Castle ever since they they used to come to your car or roller skates ? I was eating at that White Castle where are you that's it why I attend Jh45 and then I'm Roosevelt Hs ? so my point is it was very good then an very good now,food is always hot ? and good customer service? How many people remember the big numbers they would give out so you can pickup your food?
That white castle has been there probably since I've been alive. It's clean. Folks are nice. Food is good.
This ancient store on Fordham Road NEVER disappoints. I have been eating at this place since I was 5 years old. The staff are adult and know their jobs making the solid connection that customers are required for them to get paid.My personal recommendation : The original slider with egg and cheese and the Double Cheeseburger stuffed with a couple of extra onions; ask for extra steam.
