Very poor customer service. I kept being interrupted while I was trying to place my order by the cashier. She was being completely rude and unprofessional. I left without making a purchase because I became extremely frustrated. I will not be returning to this restaurant..
Every time we go to New York City, we always pick up a crave box. We also got some chicken rings and fish bites. They are by far the best ever! Also the staff were very polite.??
Taking long drive that day... So pick up a couple of their famous MINI ? BURGER.....HMMM... Little more expensive than Back In The Days ... used to paid .15 cents per burger...But still worth the ? money...Enjoy
The food was good but the service was extremely slow. It took about 20-25 mins to get my food order ready. It appeared that the business wS short staffed.
If you like white castles, I think the food is ok. You get much for your money, especially the drinks. Other wise, there can be a few customer service issues here.
They are ill prepared to handle any slight change in volume of clientele. I shop here on occasion and if you're craving a late night snack, it's an easy drive by pick up spot but as per my last visit. I ordered online as did a few others who ended up waiting 1 hour in store with complete chaos and disarray for what were simple orders. The app confirmed time meal pick up would be ready and even after that, they couldn't even get it remotely close. Huge disappointment even if it was for fast food.
Drive through packed but am in house visit was quick. The fish was on point .. better than I've had anywhere in NJ/NY.I'd recommend.. but would be nice to have more people working so the drive through isn't so terrible..
It's White Castle. If you know, you know. Sliders are a little known 5th food group. Any trip to NYC comes with the requirement that you consume at least 1/5th of your body mass in sliders.
Have t been there in a long time I just came back from the doctor and I was hungry so I decided to make a visit and get some food I’ll definitely am coming back soon.
Service was horrible. I read my order off of my phone to the worker. They still got it wrong. After checking my bag for what I ordered realized that I was given onion rings instead of chicken rings. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the chicken rings and wasn't even compensated for their mistake.
