Visited the place on memorial day.The stuff is very friendly, my order was served in no time.It was very hot inside (trying to save on AC?). Restrooms were closed. Not particularly clean tables.So it is 5 stars for the team and 1 for the interior, which gives us 3 stars in total.
I did a mobile order to be delivered, which it was. I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit combo and I receive the item below, biscuit with eggs & bacon. Also the I tasted the wedges and it is dry and salty. When I called the manager he could not help because he just started. I had to call the lady from DoorDash who delivered the food and she gave me the contact number for DoorDash. I will not be ordering from this location. Horrible
The food was cold. I asked them to give me a warm meal and they gave it back to me the same way. They were dishonest. Didn't appreciate the service.
Visited this restaurant for the first time and used the drive-thru. The wait time was surprisingly fast and the food was hot and freshly made. Both the order taker and the person handing out your food were both very pleasant. Would definitely go to again.
I get it most Wendy's are usually high volume. This location has definitely lost my interest the staff are not professionally friendly the service is horrible wait times are way to long. Staff were playing alot. Many patrons left from inside and the drive thru. Better preparation. Better customer servicing. Better ratings equals happy consumers. Consumers bring ?. Wendy's name alone markets big but when your workers are out of uniform so is the brand.
Whenever i go to Wendy's by Westchester Square they always seem to forget to complete my order accurately. I have had to go back several times and some managers not all, have been rude. They really need to be customer friendly and focused.

Took then 20 minutes to make my two breakfast sandwiches. Second time I took my money and left, there will be no third. People who work there are rude and have an attitude and they barely even move. Lazy crew. Never again.
One of the Spicy chicken was very cold and the other was warm...When I chewed on the second spicy chicken sandwich.. It was like chewing on gum, making me lose my appetite.. Most Horrible Fast Food I Ever Had..
They let the drive thru cars wait, while they take the inside customers first...Even when almost empty inside, the drive thru is still slow beyond slow. The cars pile around the corner and vast potential sales are lost from the high traffic location. The food is not even hot, but the saving grace is that the Wendy's taste is there. You cannot blame the staff, as they are young people. You must blame the ones in charge of the branch.
