Department of health needs to be up in there asap. Mad nasty in there for real. I was so disgusted of how inside was looking like what happened to the old staff whose was there they kept the place nice and clean. Like who breed them kids in there yuck
SLOW DRIVE THRU! I was on line for 20 mins bf I got to make my order, spent another 20 waiting for the food only to have to go back bc they forgot my son's nuggets. ?
Why was a kid (1 year old)in the Back with them while they were working??? They do more talking and not enough working . Why it took over 10 mins to get a biggie bag and large chili. I get better service at whitecastles
The drive thru line was very long. It was as if the staff felt no urgency. Why can't Wedys match McDonald's on drive thru efficiency.
Food here is good and fresh but the drive-thru service sucks really bad don't be surprised if you have to double around to get your order or wait in the parking lot
The lines was too long. One to put order in and one to wait for placed order. Cars were lined up as well..smh! I didn't get anything....
The worst customer service ever. There was people behind me complaining about the service and the attitude we were all given. The cashier didn't even try to be nice, it seemed like someone pist her off and We the customers got it?. Please try to do better. Always get bad service no matter what time I go?
This Wendy’s is the worst, they always make you wait forever to get a simple order, also it’s very unorganized and there’s way too many mobile orders overtaking the walk-in orders. I would not recommend this specific Wendy’s location to anybody.
The drive thru line was really long. When I was placing the order the lady over the speaker had an attitude because I kept repeating myself bc she kept putting in the wrong items and I had to keep correcting her. After the 4th time repeating my order she caught a bigger attitude and didn’t confirm the order back. She just gave me my total on the screen and didn’t bother to keep talking. When I pulled up to the window she had a face and an attitude and got even more upset when I had to redo the order at the window. ?? Got my order and all items were there, but all the sodas tasted like sparkling water ??♀️??♀️ and I had to throw them out bc it was raining and I didn’t want to drive back. Never coming to this location again!! There was no need to have an attitude just bc you kept repeating the wrong items back and I had to repeat myself. If anything I should have been the one with the attitude, but I didn’t want to risk someone spitting in my food!! ? ??
It's still Wendy's fresh never Frozen but you know what I mean, and one of the older gentleman that worked there for so long Carlos was his name at the Wendy's in Boston road passed away not so long ago and that's you know just give to my prayers out to his family and I'm Wendy's from talking about him and keep on you know cuz everybody will go to that store to see him everyone stay blessed it's Wendy's.,...
