Legit sat on the drivethru line for 40 minutes before getting my food. You read that right, 40 minutes for fast-food drivethru.
Lines were long, not enough cashiers or speed of service. Food however was good.
Usually I like this location but last night I ordered the fish and it was incredibly dry and tasted old. I'm pretty sure it made me sick today. Next time I'll try to order from the other location on Tremont.
On 4/29/22 visited this establishment at 8:40am the service IF You can call it that was horrible! The wait for the food was extremely long ? the the person at the drive-through window was there's no other way to put it Rude an very discortesy no people skills at all she practically threw my food at me an acted like I was a real bother to her! An when I requested my change she looked at me as if why are you still here! When you're restaurant was remodeled I assume it was one of your owners on site at the time who made me feel very welcome. I know we all have at times difficult mornings ? but as a paying customer I don't need someone like the very Rude service provider to make it more unpleasant. Please look into some updated training for your staff while you still have a business to run!
Entering as a pedestrian SUCKS. the exit on the left is only an emergency exit and before, there used to be 2 directions you can enter from the right. Well, now they blocked the entrance facing the sidewalk (???) and now you gotta walk past a bunch of cars on line for drive-thru, and squeeze in between the cars and this metal gate thing. Super annoying and I decided against visiting last night because of having to deal with this.Also, Wendy's should consider selling bottles of their condiments, specifically BBQ.
FYI:Listing is incorrect. Dining-in is NOT allowed at this location at this time (2/3/22).Drive thru and carryout only!Have to love their baked potatoes! A shout out to Jose, one of their best cashiers there! And kudos to the crew that assemble the salads, nice presentation!
Drive thru is good but they need to move the menu to the top by the speaker. As it's hard to see on the bottom. Good customer service n food was good.
Staff needs to be more professional and during the take out window be mindful of there conversations and attitudes on the intercom.
The Restaurant, Kitchen & dining room are fully open but the restrooms are closed due to COVID ?YOU DO THE MATH . What a sad, sad way to treat your customers. They’ll take your Money ? but won’t Let you use the restroom……..And you’re buying your Lunch/Dinner there for what???????
All the teenagers working their were so show and not even putting an effort to hustle.. Mind you they had ppl waiting 17 minutes for small orders.. The manager was great.. But the crew sucks
