This happened last night 05/25/2022 @ 12-1am There’s a girl that’s so ghetto with pink hair she had an attitude and the previous custom yelled at her and then she started saying “SMD” translate to “suck my Di*k” and yelling, when she took my order she told me wait then I told her one second and then she said okay let me know when I’m ready(without and attitude) then I said hello twice she like “hold on” with very nasty attitude
The shells were crunchy and held all of the ingredients well. Drive thru is fast, workers are pleasant.
They will ALWAYS get your order wrong. I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and I always end up missing an item. Last time we ordered I purchased 2 chalupa crave box with cinnamon twists, they forgot BOTH chalupas and the extra twists.
The taco bell staff is great! I get the powerbowl.....I must say they hook it up right! I see everybody going there! That's my spot for the chicken or steak powerbowl
If a negative star could be given that'd be perfect. I've gone to this location lots of times because it's the closest but no longer. The employees are nasty and rude, the way they speak to customers is awful. The orders are never and I really mean never accurate either picking up in person or thru Uber. Something is always missing or wrong. There is a new Taco Bell opening in White Plains road between 233rd and 233nd that's where I'm going from now on because this place is totally HELL. I do not recommend it at all.
these people are very disrespectful I tried to order a graving box and apparently my accent was very bad or they found it funny they even told me they didn't have any and when I entered the place the same person questioned my Latin accent and laughed at me in my face this It's America, I know, but I also pay taxes and consumption in its stores. The least a customer deserves is respect. That's called racial discrimination.
Sunday 13th 2:00 Am the employees took everybody’s order and hid in the back. They left the whole drive thru without attention until closing. I’ll be going back in the morning to speak to management. And I’ll also send an email to the corporate.
So I purchased several taco, when I double checked my order at the counter, the amount of meat was less than 1/2 of teaspoon. I had to ask the manager to please add more meat. It was great that she went back and adjusted my orders. I should not have to I ask to complete my order accurately. Otherwise the restaurant is clean and workers are friendly.
