The food itself is really delicious. However, the restaurant is hot & muggy, the service was horrible. Our waitress seemed annoyed at every request we had. Other staff members watched us struggle to get our waitress’ attention and no one budged. Food and beverages took a while to get to us, we didn’t even get checked in on (we were the only one’s dining in). There is an 18% service charge to dine in which feels undue- due to the lack of great service we received. I would go back only for take out.
Place is very dark and no fans or A.C. The place was very dark and we ended up walking out because even though the place was empty no one came to take our order for 10mins. The tables were sticky and felt like they hadn't been cleaned.
Absolutely delicious avocado salad and steamed dumplings! the sauce they provided was amazing as well!
Love the food here, everything on their menu taste freaking delicious. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you can.
I usually order food and later put in the tip based on my quality of food, delivery person, etc. I placed an order for delivery and the driver told me that if I don’t put a tip, I cannot receive my delivery. His exact words were “no tip, no delivery.” He was inside his car, holding the bag of food, and denying to give it to me. When I continued to explain to him that I’ll put in the tip once I get in my apartment, he still did not release the bag or give me my food until I told him how much tip he was getting. He was demanding a 20% tip for his terrible customer service and a 7 minute drive. I finally got my food, he went back to the restaurant, and charged the card I used to pay for my food an extra $3.
these people are rude & entitled! They need to change their outlook on how to run a business & Idk if they’re messing with me and my food but I got sick from their food twice! I’m not longer bringing my business to them. If you’re looking for decent sushi go somewhere other then here TRUST me!
They are so rude here. No customer service and the food is overpriced and low quality. I bought my food here many times and the one time I make a complaint they threaten me.
very rude costumer service! don’t not give this place your business. I ordered food from here and it came soggy (not the first time this has happened) so I contacted for a refund and they left me a nasty message. Threatening me to not order from here again or they will purposefully tamper with my meal.
Horrible service: the sushi was soggy and disgusting. When reviewing the food and expressing my complaints, I received a nasty response threatening to tamper with my food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
