Took a 15 minute walk over today and they told me drive thru only in 90 degree weather. Now im going back home hot and dry mouthed
I have been here many times, and they never honor the schedule of operation. Every time is a different excuse, as to why they don’t honor the schedule. It’s very upsetting for me and I believe for many customers, that you come planing to sit there and unwind, and you are being kick out of the establishment because schedule suddenly change. It is unfair & very bad business practice. Being reliable and honoring the time should be a must. Or just change it completely, so we can adjust to the new time.
I have been coming to this Starbucks location for the past 4 years, about 2-3 per week. This particular Starbucks (as do “all” Starbucks) has a morning rush and other peak hours during the day. However, there seems to be no particular form of organization or structure to the employees method of getting out orders at this particular Starbucks. On various occasions, I have parked and went inside to pick up my mobile order (usually made 15 mins prior to a 5 minute drive). I tend to do this when the drive-thru line is too long and will slow down my journey to work. I have been able to make out one person stationed to handle bakery/breakfast items and other foods, and 1-2 employees stationed to make and/or send out drive-thru orders. As for the rest of the employees there seems to be a lot of scattered running around and across various stations. I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt for a long time. There should be someone specifically designation to clear out mobile orders and then another sending out orders completed in store. Or turn the pick-up shelf to face the customers. People who are picking up fulfilled orders should not be standing there waiting for someone to attend to the mobile order station for 30 minutes! I should not have to constantly try to get the attention of employees to the point of grabbing my coffee from behind the pick-up shelf myself. This indicates that any else can do the same and accidentally (or intentionally) pick up someone else’s items. I say this because, unlike other Starbucks, the shelf is placed in a manner facing employees only, in a way only employees can grab. Since I am familiar with other locations, I am considering not coming back here. This has become an unfortunate pattern.
I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of food and service at this location, the mural of the jungle was very pleasing to look at whilst I enjoyed my meal.
This starbucks is nice and clean, spacious space , doesn't make you feel clamp like some others starbucks.Sraffs are nice, friendly and working fast.So thumps up here.
I would usually come here everyday and they’re nothing but nice to me. Not everywhere you know staff remembers your name and order. I recommend anyone but everyone to come here. Coming to get my morning coffee makes my day go by way better especially because of the employees!
Thomas made our night by displaying exemplary customer service at this location.
There will always be a line at this location, however, the service is usually very good. Staff is friendly and will offer suggestions if they feel you're stuck
Well my experience was great but probably because it wasn't crowded at the time I went around 8:30 PM, the male cashier greet me nice and I asked him like 2 questions and he answered fine; first question was about the restroom ? if they are neutral or individually and he respond They have only one bathroom ? for both gender). My second question was about the coffees ( Which coffees are the least strongest) he said the Pikes coffee, so I find him very polite and helpful ?...After I took several pictures ?They were about to close and they were cleaning up the store, some lights were already off but they were about 7 customers inside including myself and 3 drive-thru.He put my coffee in cup holder but started spilled on the top after I walked out of the store, I went back to ask him if he had something to cover the sip and he saidFirst of all I'm going to remove those lid cover and give you another one that was very nice. I kept taking pictures and writing "He asked me few times If I needed anything else and I said no thanks" but Overall the customer service was good based on my personal experience.Note➡️ My coffee ☕ didn't taste freshI had the Pikes coffee Black
Came here for a late night latte with friends. About an hour before closing time. The staff said they were out of MILK! Out of MILK!! At a Starbucks? They didn't have 2%.. 1%.. skim.. nothing! A huge disappointment.Where's the management here? You have an entire grocery store just across the parking lot from the store. Good leadership would have instructed team members to go BUY some milk at the store to keep the operation running. Very disappointed.. though I will probably be back, because it's the closest location to my workplace.
