Hard to order with loud music. Workers are really nice.
This Starbucks is clean and well managed. I’ve never met a Starbucks manager Manny working today May 2 2022 that cared so much about the customers and the atmosphere it’s a true example of what a Starbucks atmosphere should be. All the employees seem to work together seamlessly and they all look focused. I’m assuming he’s the manager and if he’s not he should be !Have a great day Buck Heads!

Just so you know before you go to this starbucks, there are TWO places to pick up your drink that they won’t let you know about! I had to wait for 15 minutes for my coffee and then asked the worker if i ordered my drink and he said oh yeah it’s here, “pointing to another place for pickup”And yes they gave me my food from the first table and my drink from the other, even if i picked the coffee from one place the food would be in the other, definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to
The bathrooms have been closed on and off for the last two weeks in the afternoon, I like to sit and enjoy my coffee and then surprise use the bathroom, I’m a older gentleman and it’s just makes the whole trip undoable, traveling after drinking a venti coffee with no access to a bathroom till I get home it’s right, as a establishment that sells food and drink, I customer should have access to a bathroom.
Another customer wasn't wearing a mask while ordering. The bathroom is regularly dirty.
Worst Starbucks. Slow for mobile orders. Items are not necessarily kept together or packaged for pickup. Our drinks have been stolen. But if you need Starbucks, this is a Starbucks.
screamed at by high worker to “LEAVE” for not wearing a mask when her mask was just above her mouth, repeatedly told to “GET OUT AND LEAVE” when she was high on the job.
This is the dirties Starbucks I have visited. This is not the first time this establishment is filthy!! I’m saddened it’s this dirty in such a nice neighborhood. The first time I visited, the bathroom was really soiled, I couldn’t believe it!! I asked the manager to pls give the bathroom some attention, he hesitated and finally cleaned it up and that was because I was still in the store waiting for my drink. Beside the bathroom being dirty the establishment can use a clean as well. A gentlemen dropped his coffee I had to assist him cleaning the area when I got one of the employees to assist he left it a mess. As I stated before, is such a nice neighborhood to have a dirty Starbucks. I believe is the last time I will be at this Starbucks.
