Personally not a fan of starbucks my daughter is she gives it 5stars

I went to this Starbucks on 12/4/21 and the worker that took my order started a argument with me right in front of the manager and then told me that he refuses to serve me. I then asked the manager can they in fact refuse to serve…… coffee? Hot chocolate.. a frappe? Like really? And the manager said that they can refuse to serve customers if they want to. I, as a customer can not believe that Starbucks (such a big name establishment) can be so rude towards their customers. The Starbucks in the Throggs neck shopping center in the Bronx is certified ghetto and i wouldn’t go back there if they paid me to drink their beverages.

I ordered a venti apple crisp macchiato and received a caramel one instead. When I went to a barista named Jessica she at first ignored me, told me to wait on line and re order it and when it was my turn to order again she told me to make sure I speak clearly next time. This was very rude. She asked someone else to remake my drink and huffed and puffed under her mask. I told her to have a good day and she ignored me. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I was treated like garbage and I’m highly upset with this experience.

Nothing like what I ordered. I wanted tall in a grande cup. They put very little ice and alot of milk. I order this drink all the time and I can always taste the espresso. All I taste is milk with this drink . I basically paid for ice and milk. Then they packaged my beverage with my sandwich. Now my sandwich is soggy and cold.

I come to this locations drive thru all the time. The staff are always welcoming and very nice. One night I really needed a cup of coffee and I felt horrible pulling up to this location as it was close to closing time. My husband and I apologized to the employee taking our order and he was extremely kind and assured us that it was ok. I wish I remembered his name but thank you again!

I always go to Starbucks and get my chicken beacon panini without the beacon and today the supervisor literally told me that she can’t take the beacon out and she even made a whole big deal about it , she had the partner on register under a lot of pressure and you can tell that he is new , with this beating said yes will no longer visit this location there’s always a problem there and management seem to care more about the sales than the whole Starbucks experience !

Amazing place to be when having a meeting, but I was in utter disgust as I saw the manager chew her employee to bits a couple days ago. I found out that the manager named Jessica doesn’t care about her employees and only cares about customer satisfaction. Which I won’t complain, but from a retail manager standpoint it is disgusting if your not treating your employees fairly. As I recall for a second time going through the drive through, the manager Jessica was being flirtatious and unprofessional over the microphone. I would give this place a third chance, but being that there’s no professionalism with the manager Jessica I wouldn’t spend my money here.

The staff is very pleasant they are also speedy. If I order on the app within 5 minutes my order will be ready.
