I ordered a flat white and ham and swiss croissant at 6am right when they opened the store. I paid 11$ for it. The service was VERY slow and I had to get in a 6:16am train. I’m a patience person but I asked for a refund as I had to leave to get in the train. As I was in a rush I took the refund and ran to the station. When I look at the refund they only gave me 3$. I normally get coffee from this store every monday morning and the service is excelent but today was awful.
Went today with my family and bought a bacon Gouda sandwich, ham & swiss sandwich and a sausage egg & cheese, 3 caramel frappuccino and I must say I have never been so disappointed with my entire order. My bacon Gouda sandwich I couldn't eat because the top bun was hard as a rock and I almost broke my top front teeth, the frappuccino mix was horrible it had no syrup in the mix, it was just Expresso in it with the milk and ice. It had no sweet to it. I couldn't enjoy anything what I purchased. Spent about $36 and couldn't even enjoy it at all. I was better off taking my family to get food for the same amount of money or even less. Very disappointed. They get 2 stars because not everytime I go here do I come out disappointed. But today I spend extra money it tastes disgusting and almost break my front top teeth. Definitely not tipping them today. I don't recommend going here, you might not be satisfied at all.
The bagel was hard as rock, ask the barista to give me something else cause I can’t eat it and little lunch was gonna have with my last money. She said “well you’ve ate it already” of course a little piece that was soft but I couldn’t finish the rest hard as rock, I wasn’t lying I just wanted a full bagel. Sometimes just believe the customers beside that we always right.
Nice café to have a great cup of coffee. I really enjoyed my visit to Starbucks. Friendly staff, it was clean, and as you can see, it was good and I was hungry!
Went to this location - the barista patrick really hooked me up! He made one of the best lattes i've had in a LONG time! Will be coming back here
They are back in stock with all drinks. Less crowded than usual. :) :p
Today we were buying 2 cappuccinos and the coffee tastes horrible, what happened, they lowered the quality after the remodel, oh, the assistants toasted the coffee too much. ☹️
The employees are so nasty I ask for my order and the employee told me that he was calling for someone else, I ask a second time but the e girl's employees ignored me so I was mad at this point I when to the cashier and the guy approached me ask me if I need something with a nasty tone of curse I ask for my money back the he look the rest of the employees to tell me ok not even apologizeto been rude .Lolz OMG he was waiting for the approval or what.
DEFINITELY NOT my choice if I want a cup of coffee. But place is clean workers are nice
Went in this location this morning, asked for an Irish cream cold brew with almond milk and foam. Was told they have neither. Then they found almond milk but could not make almond foam.... then they said that found that also.They gave me a drink which they shook and ended up being just iced coffee with milk!!!!Very disappointing .....drove back home went to my usual location ordered my drink n got it. Asked how it was made n was informed that form is the milk and realized the bronx location was just clues, not trained well or lazy. None the less will never revisit. Be warned
