I ordered 4 drinks from this Starbucks for delivery and the drinks were so poorly made. The frappe was very watered down, had a giant chunk of ice still in it, and was missing whip cream and toppings that I paid extra for. The iced brown sugar oat milk espresso I ordered was missing the toppings I paid extra for as well and tasted like a regular iced coffee. I was very disappointed considering how overpriced my total was for such poor quality drinks. Please don't send out bad quality rushed orders because I did not receive a refund for this! Thank you
Always has rude service. I asked for my drink to be remade because my caramel macchiato didn’t have the extra whip and caramel drizzle and all the guy did was give me whip with caramel drizzle in a separate cup. I went another time hoping they only had one bad day, and they made another drink I like wrong yet again. I guess the guy felt like he didn’t need to follow the instructions on a sticker? As for when he handed it out, he just placed it on the counter and walked away. Sad because this Starbucks is a great location.
I sat on this review for a while. Normally I would not expect one Starbucks to be significantly better/worse than any other, but I've repeatedly gotten coffee from this Starbucks that tastes burnt. Tea and bakery items have been as expected.
Wait time was long. Server and cashier friendly .Staff person named Ashley very loud and unprofessional having personal conversations for all the customers to hear..Everything else was good
Not the best Starbucks I've every been too. It's constantly packed and busy so the wait time is seems like forever and doesn't line up with the time on the app but the staff is really nice and makes the best of the situation.
Ok this place is super chill but the staff is always nice and there is this gorgeous black barista who is there in the mornings and she has the coolest tattoos, I think her name is Danielle and she’s bad. But yeah, love this spot
They are okay with customer service but they could do more batter. This palace needs to have sanitizer on every table or sitting place since it's next to the hospitals. Also they need to fix their charging outlet. And they should keep the store more clean and wipe the table more often with cleaner
Servers are unorganized. Orders are not served in order. Drive thru took priority the day I was there. Miss 2 busses waiting for my order. Still the pistachio latte was amazing. Hence the 2 stars.
The worker Hailey has a nasty attitude and should definitely leave that job. Extremely rude to me and my husband and the customers is right in any situation. Reported her because she does not wear her mask with COVID, and walks away abruptly while I’m trying to explain. Trying to contact manager for my experience because it was discusting from her.
Rip off , went to STARBUCKS on Eastchester Rd in Bx over this past weekend with wife - she went to pay for it with her debit card and they told her it was denied - she text me - told me - but she paid d cash before I got inside . I showed your server and MANAGER it went through , their story was I should take it up with my bank . Gave you all a chance that maybe it didn’t go through but checking my account today you all charged my card & was paid cash for same ? Are you all ripping off people - or pocketing trusting customers cash on a BAIT & SWITCH tactic. I
