Being that I used to work at this location it sickens me to see how disrespectful these new staff members are at the Starbucks. Nasty attitude and willing to fight customers on the clock. Crazy older staff still there are the best. Wow and the one who made my drink with red hair and glasses needs to be retrained… seriously
They literally run out of something everyday whether it’s lemonade, dragonfruit, strawberries, etc. Corporate needs to do better with inventory!!!
Almost all the starbucks, bars, restaurants bathrooms are considered for public and must be open for people they are in need.Everyone is considered as a customer for any of the places above.During pandemic the law have passed allowing Taxi, uber and lyft drivers and also food delivery personnel are allowed to use any type of restaurants bathroom.It is a law and if they are not allowed by the restaurants are Starbucks employees, he/she can call 311 right away.I got my coffee but was rejected to use bathroom.That is the worst reaction ever.
Service is top of the line. Not a very long wait from the taking of the order until the receipt of the order. Clean and sanitary. No food stuffs or leftover cups or papers lying around.Accommodating and friendly customer service.
Dirty place. My coffee was cold and did not order iced coffee.
Why door says close at 10pm. They do not serve after 9:30pm. Very disappointing. Bad experience. It's not one day. It's daily samething.

They have a male cashier who is argumentative with his customers..He make the mistake and when the customer say something. He fussing..For this he makes you time horrible..The staff do come over and to cover up his mess..
Always friendly staff! The only downside is that it can be a bit untidy sometimes, such as garbage overflowing out of the canister. However, it's very convenient having a Starbucks so close to home.
The Starbucks staff here are an ideal representation of the ill-mannered people of the Bronx. Bravo.I ordered a simple matcha latte as I usually do elsewhere. I was given a warm mocha drink instead. When I mentioned that it’s not what I ordered the barista didn’t care to hear me out and proceeded to make my drink. She made me a hot drink instead and gave a nasty attitude when I told her that it’s supposed to be iced. She complained why I didn’t say so earlier…well she didn’t want to hear me out. She then had her coworker make the drink instead and the coworker then announced, “iced green tea,” as if it was funny. Really petty but likewise, here’s my review.
