Love going Starbucks there's not a lot of th e m in the Bronx. So when I'm near one I stop in. The staff in the White Plains Road are so sweet.
Friendly when they help but too slow and always missing a key ingredient. Multiple occasions missing caramel for my caramel machiatto.
Amazing experience, my friend dropped her cake pop since is wasn’t secured onto the stick, we went and asked for another upsetly. But to our surprise they did!
Service is always good, but I feel like the Chai tea is water down not good that's my favorite
I love Starbucks and having them around the neighborhood is convenient. However, they have been slacking off lately. As of yesterday, they are STILL closed. Unsure if someone tested positive for Covid within the team and/or they are short staffed for same reason. There are also new staff. My go-to baristas are no longer there and just feels like my drink is not done with love & passion like before. Hope that last sentence makes sense :). Anyways, hope they open soon.

Very nice store, walked in before closing and was impressed by the amount of space they had. Picked up order and employees were very nice!
20 minutes waiting for a drink, I'm late for work but I thought it was worth it. My drink had no ice, no sugar substitute because they said they didn't have any but I clearly saw it across the counter. Emoyees were throwing sugar at customers not even handing them on their hands. 20 minutes and my drink was messed up. The dude gave me coffee on the cup that's supposed to be for ice without any actual ICE. No flavor I had to keep asking for these things that are supposed to be on the drink. Awful. Never coming back.
