Great food, but phone orders are ALWAYS wrong. At one point, my husband asked for my burger (in-person) with just lettuce, bbq sauce, and onions and they got it absolutely wrong 4x. The manager came in and took the order, and it STILL came back wrong. And one of the times of the 4x, they added an ingredient we didn't even ask for. Right now, I'm eating the incorrect order with mayo that I asked to be removed (it says NO MAYO on the receipt, but that's not what I got). Please train your workers on attention to detail. Or hire type A personalities.
It’s embarrassing and extremely unprofessional as to why a order of simply two burgers and fries took 30 minutes to be completed. I walked in and initially had to wait 10 minutes to even be seen at the register as there was only one person at FOH and she was doing hand off which I understood. Then for the next 30 minutes I watched as the lady at handoff walked off to clean the lobby as more than 4 burgers and fries stood just sitting on top of the counter with nobody attending to them. The finally a man walks from the back to assume her spot, and for no reason as he looked clueless and lost and simply playing around with the bags. He then finally attends a lady who had been waiting at register to where he had to call his manager and instead of his manager assuring us our orders were coming, he said “ha pulling a double”. He was simply extremely unprofessional and clearly didn’t have the customer experience in mind. The lobby with only about only 5 people is clearly in discontent and annoyed. I finally get asked what I was waiting for to which I said my name and was told there is one more thing they’re waiting for… mind you this is again 25 minutes after I order. I spent $43 for what? And of course I still walk out missing a portion of my order, and with a barely cooked burger. Something seriously needs to be checked and corrected. This is absurd. I walked in at 9, ordered at 9:14 and left at 9:46. Unbelievable.
Their fries are awesome and so are their roasted Brussels sprouts make sure to get the ranch dressing on the side. Thier turkey burgers and chicken burgers are great sometimes salty bit it's a hit and miss. Do I continue to eat here? Yes I do.
I have eaten there before ,and never they ask for a vaccine card . Until recently. I won't be buying no more, is hypocritical from the government mandate something that makes no dam sense. SadI visited this place again ,gave it a chance and as a manager is a shame that it takes 20 minutes to serve a burger. Horrible in the kitchen no on had a hat.not acceptable, were I work our burgers are made I n 8 minutes, good customer service and we all wear our hats..also the burger was salty.sorry but no business from ever .5/11/22
First time purchasing food at this smashburger. Bought a kids burger and adult. The kids burger was almost entirely burnt especially around the edges. I had to cut out most of the burnt edges of the burger and she didn’t even want to eat it after I did that. My child is very unhappy with her dinner and so am I.
The new Bruckner is very lovely. Looks good and pristine. I had eyed it since it opened in 2020 and promised I would go once pandemic ended. I normally go to the one in Mt Vernon. I am big on Bronx businesses. Place looked great but we were disappointed with the service. The wait was over 25 minutes for the food.. To wait for cold fries and a cold hamburger —big no for me. ? We were terribly disappointed. Sorry. I won’t be back. The place wasn’t packed either. We were like the 5 customer in the entire restaurant. The stars is for location and ambiance.

So.. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a drink and an extra order of fries. As the pic shows, I placed said order at 12:51pm. When I walked in, only 1 person was on line in front of me. I waited and waited. By 1:25pm a line starts to form. I ask the cashier who I placed my order with if my food was ready. No, it wasn't. 10 minutes go by and another worker comes in and starts to help out. I ask her if my order was ready. She asked for my name and checked. Then stated she didn't it to give it a few more minutes. 20 minutes later I ask again if my order was ready to be told that the order didn't print to the kitchen and they weren't sure why. I requested a refund which was issued. But after waiting for almost an hour and to be told my order didn't print was totally disappointing. This was my 1st time visiting Smashburger and will probably be the last!
One of the best burger that I have tried in NY! And the shakes exceed expectations!!!
First Time. Friendly Staff. Clean Restaurant. Food Was Super Hot (LoveThat) and Fresh. We Ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Mushroom Swiss Burger with Sweet Potatoe Fries. Everything Was Yummy. Definitely Will Return.
