Straightforward experience for take out. Order for 3 arrived in about 10 minutes. The place was clean, staff was patient and professional. Very good experience.
For a franchise/fast food place it’s fairly good. Definitely better than the traditional/well-known fast food places (i.e. McDonalds, Burger King, etc.) prices are truly amazing & affordable. I love the paper straws, not because I love paper straws but because they’re doing their part for the environment. I do wish the staff was more friendly, they don’t do or say anything unprofessional per-say, but they don’t ever look happy, welcoming, smiley or even approachable. Besides this, I recommend. I just tried their shakes & it was pretty good! ?
I always want to like this place but they always seems to disappoint. Always check you got all of your food because they have a BAD habit of forgetting most of your order. Aside from the lack of flavor you don’t always get what you actually pay for.
Chicken sandwiches is great(got my crispy) loved it my mom enjoyed regular Fries and I had sweet potato fries awesome
The food was mediocre! It could have been much better. I ordered 2 turkey burgers with cheddar cheese, grilled mushrooms, sauteed onions, 2 tiny slivers of avocado & rest was standard. There were no crimini mushrooms on it. They put very little cheddar cheese because I couldn't taste it! Brussel sprouts were so greasy & salty. Too much oil and salt. I can't eat it. I have high blood pressure. Multigrain buns were not fresh. It was stale and not edible. I'm disappointed.

Their burgers and fries were way too salty. It was easily the saltiest food I’ve ever had, and I just don’t understand why they had to put so much salt on it when Smashburger in and of itself has so much potential to be a tasty burger. I had to drink so much water and eat bananas afterwards to flush all that salt out of my body. I hope I don’t get sick from this high-sodium intake.
Ok I don't usually right bad reviews but here you go. Super salty burgers and onion rings. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. How can you serve this kind of food to customers? Shame on you. Please do a better job training your cooks. Never ever ordering from this location again!
Clean restaurant. Staff polite & professional. Note: They ARE checking for Covid vaccination status and also ask for NY State ID if you wish to dine inside. Most people are getting takeout and do wait inside as well. I wasn't that comfortable with that.
When I want a single turkey burger with everything to go or dine in , sweet potato fries and a mocha shake.
