A neighborhood staple....I have had great breakfast and lunch. Ample portions and quick service make it the reason we have been eating here for years.

This place was really nice. I just had breakfast food delivered and it was fantastic. I like that they let you mix your own fruits for milk shakes.
Sometimes you try and block out all doubts and try to support a local business, located in a not so great part of town. In the end, they sometimes FAIL you and this business ABSOLUTELY did. I’ve actually ordered here several times prior, and love the food. Today I ordered the same platter as I always do, asking for the same specifics. Usually it’s the older guy that answers the phone when calling in the order. Today, a lady pick up and took my order. I work abt 15 min drive away and decided to go in a few mins late just so I can get my food. I was famished. I picked up my order, drove to work, opened my food ready to dig in and I have over easy eggs. I absolutely hate over easy eggs and for sure did not order that. I immediately called and the same lady picks up. She immediately gets defensive after I stated my issue and said there’s nothing that can be done. I asked to speak to a manger, she said “he left and would not return until noon or tomorrow. I asked is there someone else I can speak with. She stated that wouldn’t be possible then placed me on hold, never to return. I hung up, called and she states “MY MANAGER SAID YOU CAN BRING THE ORDER BACK TOMORROW.” Like WTH. So yeah, loyal customer lost. Treat your customers better. Without us, you’d business suffers. Be a bit more appreciative and try to provide a better customer service experience. DISGUSTING SERVICE and ABILITIES TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES.
I place a Oder with this dinner through [email protected] 12:00pm expected delivery was between 12:30pm -12:40pm I live in the Parckchester Section and their dinner Is located in Castle Hill section my food never came after speaking with a grubhub representative I was told it was to far to deliver, I then called the dinner to verify and was told they don’t deliver to the Parkchester Section and my order was canceled.WOW! Never again.
It’s a pleasant place for a cup of cookie and some cheap in expensive breakfast. They have certain items on the menu that really taste awful and shouldn’t even be an option anymore. But besides that you won’t hurt the bank coming here and you’ll have a pleasant time eating traditional breakfast options.
