Bathroom was disgusting there was tissue on the floor and the entire sink was wet. The staff seemed to be more worried about talking to one another then getting the food out. There was one manager there a darker skinned black lady she spoke to the staff very rude and condescending and wasn’t very attentive to the guests. Will not waste money here for over priced food. The burger was bland and it was extremely red in the middle and falling apart in my bun. Fries were old and dried out sbd sprite tasted like water. Thanks for the amazing experience!!
Where do I begin, last Tuesday I decided to pay this restaurant a visit. Burger was cold ,the fries was dry. Later that evening I began feeling a little weird unlike usual, started throwing up from burger/ chicken sandwich to milkshake to fries this was the only meal I ate that day I knew i got food poisoning either the food wasn’t prepare well, or it had been sitting there for a while, mind you this is unlike me to write a review. But at this point it had too. From Tuesday to Saturday I had bad stomach aches diarrhea like it won’t end, I would not recommend this place and would not be returning. Made me miss an entire week of work from this tragic incident that could have been avoided if proper food preparation was done.
Avoided the line! Ordered using the Shack's mobile app. Placing the order was easy and getting a text notification that my order was ready for pick up was a nice touch. More importantly when I opened the box the burger was perfect!

I bought a Chicken Shack, Truffle Burger and fries. Both sandwiches were great!. The Chicken Shack is certainly on to something, very close to Popeyes Chicken Sandwich??. The employees were attentive, and I like the look of this restaurant and the location. I recommend
When I came in the manager asked a customer to put on a mask mean while he kept putting his mask down to talk to the cashier. Most of the employees were fooling around with each other for the entire 20 minutes that i waited for my food. I am a manager somewhere else and I am all for employees getting along and having fun at work but no one there was professional at all. I have come here a few times and I have not seen this type of behavior before but seeing it now doesn't make me want to go back.

11/28/21 The manager and several employees were putting up Christmas decorations while customers were eating and in passing. Directly over where you receive your food from. I mentioned maybe that should take place before customers come in, dust travels! She very prouldly told me she not in anyone’s way. It’s very unsanitary to be touching walls with grooves over ppl and putting decorations on tables eat from and not sanitize them. You would never see this down town! Very ghetto!
Initially, it was crowded and not very pleasant.Then, Shake Shack Ambassador, Brandon approached us and suddenly, the atmosphere improved greatly.Brandon made the trip worthwhile.What a Great meal and Great employee.
One of the better fast food businesses in the area. Pricey for fast food, but also better quality than most of the quick eats in the Bay Plaza or Co-op City area.
