Section 5 Pizza management is horrible. They always always forget something in the order. Today I ordered breakfast but they forgot my pancakes and of course I was charged for it, we called to inform them we were missing our pancakes they said no problem we'll deliver it. 45 mins later still no pancakes we had to call them twice to find out the status of the delivery, we finally said forget it just give us a refund and they NO but we can give you a credit (who wants credit from a place I'm not supporting ever again with lack of customer service etc)My pancakes finally arrived over an hour of waiting. I can't believe this.They need new management in this establishment.Especially the gentleman behind the counter that wears glasses, he has an attitude problem.The staff members like the cooks and ladies behind the counter are very nice and kind people.Unfortunately this may fall in deaf ears.
The Philly cheese steak sandwiches the best, Also their onion rings a must order..

Poor management and food consistency or forgot something on the order. I wish, I could own this place. I will change everything to give my customers a good quality food!Maybe who knows?
The best Sicilian pizza in Coop City.
I worked here for a year or so when the management first changed. Everything was always clean and prices were good as well. Not too expensive, especially for a business just for Section 5. I love the pizza slices still til this day.
