Got full on food poisoning from y’all cooking EVERYTHING on the same unwashed grill and no throwing water with a ice cream scooper on the grill is not cleaning it
Compared to other Sarku Japan locations this one is horrible. I am use to going to the one in by Hustchinson mall which is much better, but this location the quality of the food is very bad. The fried rice tastes like frozen rice heated up. The beef and white rice portion was tiny and they barely put any vegetables in the box. Do disappointed.

This place is a true fast food place. Especially when I go to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer. I never have to wait. I just show the Uber eats order number and I get the bag with the food within 5 to 10 seconds. Then I'm off to deliver the food to the customer.
They keep closing a hour early
