I used to doubt spell caster until I was really desperate to get back my husband after he left me and our 3 kid for her colleague at work and threatened me with a divorce. This Red Lobster is located at the entrance of the Original Bay Plaza...Beautiful structure...Needs more organized placement of guest upon arrival, there was not an assigned hostess to do this, so guest were waiting for some time even though the restaurant had seats available plus they were not streamlined according to time arrived because no one was at the desk to ensure this? so an issue developed.Anyway service by waiter was good, food was good, although portion was very small.I ordered the grill salmon and I got a 1x3 size piece of salmon ?...the baked potato was larger than the salmon, I could have place the salmon in the potato?..drinks were good??.. overall not a bad experience

Great service, we had appetizer scrimp cocktail, clam chowder soup, and dinner plate and our lemon pie to wrap it up, and they gave us the biscuits mmmm delicious.

Salt was the main ingredient from the biscuit to the main course. All 6 orders the meal was salty- the shrimp, lobster and crab legs seems like they were preserved in salt until an order is placed. To the owner/manager, we the people of the Bronx do not want high blood pressure so please hire chefs that know how to cook. I have been to Red Lobster and the food was very good before the pandemic but now it seems like the chef(s) don't know how to cook. The price for the meal is not cheap so the food should be tasty and not salty.

The wait for a table was 40 minutes and then the wait for our meal was 1 hour and then the order came back wrong, my date asked for fries and got mash potatoes instead-he had to eat his salmon and shrimps with only one side-he paid for his entire meal but it was not complete...it's a shame the waitress said she would get fries but never went back to get it....we just left unsatisfied because the food also arrived semi-warm as well...like the plate was sitting there abandoned by waitress and when she finally got to our plates it was not a hot plate! The salmon was cooked well and food tasted great but the service needs to change

My dining experience at red lobster Saturday night as it was highly upsetting. I arrived at the restaurant and was told that the wait time would be about 30 minutes which I was okay with because I want to go to red lobster being that it was my birthday. So 8:30 comes and we are still waiting i than ask the host how much longer and he informs me that it would be another 20 minutes after we were already told that it would only be a 30 minute wait. My husband was with me as well and we eventually got seated at around 8:50 and it took about another 20 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order… After that we place our food order and were waiting to receive that. Two guest that were seated by us who were seated around 9:30 were able to place their order and received their order before we did and when I witnessed that it upset me because not only was it my birthday but I’m also pregnant and was very hungry… Your customer service is terrible not only that but my husband was served cold soup and we never got our meal. I really hope that you revamp your entire crew at that restaurant because it was not a good experience at all and I plan on contacting corporate about this matter as well

The lobster was way undercooked

Went on Friday 1/21/22, no greeting, stood there looking dumb, front desk lady and young man were playing with each other. There were 4 families including us waiting to be seated at this empty restaurant. No one asked for vaccination cards. Totally horrible experience, went elsewhere to dine. Hope it gets better.

I placed an order on Uber Eats today with Red Lobster at 5:00 pm and 6:40 pm and still no order. I called the store to find out the status of my order to be on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally answered the phone to find out why my order is not moving from the restaurant and the driver has been waiting they insult my intelligence by telling me your order left a long time ago while I am watching the map showing me the order is in the restaurant. The proceeds to hang up on me.

I gave a Four reference to the food wasn’t that good. The mushrooms was very salty. The fry shrimps taste like it wasn’t even cooked. Very soft. If it’s wasn’t for the server Marcelo being so nice and patient. We would’ve asked for our money back and left. We came here for my birthday. I want to give a Five star to the Server Marcelo. Won’t be back here for a while. I used to Love this Red Lobster.
