First time was a charm. No complaints here. The service, the food and sweets were really good. Came here with some colleagues on their advice and what a good choice it was. Hard to compare since it was the first time trying many of the items, but it maybe hard to top the experience.
Hands down one of the best mishti spots in the city. In my visit to NYC, I went to them 5 days in a row. Everyday their food was consistent!
Recently went to Premium Sweets and Restaurant with s couple of colleagues and my son to try some food from their culture. This was the first time having Bangladeshi cuisine and have to admit it was very good. The food was fresh and delicious. So were the sweets. The service was great as well. Definitely will be back when in the neighborhood.
New manager is not experienced at all. He doesn’t know what his doing. The previous manager was really good and professional. Jakir was good.
they should focus on test, cleanness and service. Food is just ok not waooo. it could be waoo. there next door khalil biryani has better food but the same problem, they also have so so service.service needs to improve. I like there sweets and tea but it is very unfortunate when you have a little order they do not value you as much as you suppose to be valued.however, it's an issue all BENGALI restaurant owners should address. I want to bring my American friends to those restaurants and have a good time there. MAYBE SOME DAY!!
If there was no star I will give them that. Very bad service. Manager was rude. Does not respect customer. They need proper training for customer service. If they do not know to hospitality they should not work in this business. I would appreciate if owner of the business reach out to me. Thank you
Now a days the quality becomes too bad. I think k more than 10 days old food they try to sell too. Today I just bought this Nimki. Which I finally through to the trush... I will never go to this place again.
Nice and clean place... recently renovated... one thing good is that the place is spacious, it does not feel so congested.
Sweets are in the top class. Normally they don't charge tax. But if you look naive they will charge tax. Make sure you tell them beforehand not to charge tax.
