One of my favs IN THE AREA, the tenders are great, the fries make my tastebuds die (if you know what i mean !! and the mac&cheese makesme think like its the 2010s all over again, but why a 4 star? i dont wanna be too repetitive with ratings and HONESTY
The chicken here is very good delicious however the popcorn chicken isn’t so becareful what you order from here.
On Thursday, May 26 2022 @ 0559pm I visited location #12765, at 2809 3rd Avenue.. Besides the long line and soda all over the floor by the order and pick up window, the female passing out the food was very rude. I tried to order the tackle shrimp meal that was represented inside on the TV but was told that item wasn't sold at that location.
Honestly, I need to stop ordering from here. The order is always short or wrong and Uber give the worst customer service. Refund $5. Pass on them both
The shrimp wasn't fresh, but mash potatoes was good.
FAST service, FRIENDLY staff, even though I didn't understood the cashier that well. I do like the place, nice atmosphere.

BY far the worst experience they got my order wrong but they fix it but my main issue I have is what am I going to do with 2 sweet heat sauce when I order over 15pc of mix chicken and they charge for extra sauces. There’s no sign or on the menu stating they charge for extra sauce.
