Very nice staff; the chicken was tasty but kind of hard if that makes sense. We ordered strips with fries.

I ordered a whole family meal and recieved no sauces!!!!Then the lady proceeded to tell me the sauces dont come with the chicken so what they there for? she said she would give me three sauces for free because I had a big meal and I would have to pay for the rest.
The chicken was good but I will say they are sooo unorganized. I waited in line for 10 mins while they tried to figure out which out of the 4 was going to take orders at this point the line is growing longer. The ladies had nasty attitudes like they didn't want to work. It was a mess, but got my food and left. They continued to ignore the line that has formed by talking to eachother.
It's in the cut it's okay alright customer service could be a little bit more friendlier to people you're serving their food with a Mean Mug it's not that cool

I arrived to this location at 5:20pm to order my dinner. Where today I was not feeling well at all muscle spasms in my back. I order my 2 piece meal with my sides with Humaira. She was very sluggish seems as if she didn’t want to work. As where her team member have wonderful outstanding customer service. She had me standing there waiting for over 5 minutes so I ask because she just staring at me. Is my food ready ? Is there a delay of some sort ? She not saying anything just staring at me. He other team member Protha decided to speak up for her but with a lot of attitude. You want to order i calmly say no I ordered already and don’t know what I’m waiting on. Humaira walks to the back for two minutes. The entire time my side is just sitting there OPEN. Humaira finally walks to the front completely stand over my side and turns around with it closed. Very bad customer service will not be returning to this location.
I love this place. My food always comes on time and the workers are very polite. It’s the customers that are rude and treat them disgusting then wanna complain. I feel sorry that they have to deal with such idiots on the regular
Love this place place is well kept service is fast girls at register are very nice and cordial I ordered mild and spicy chicken and girl separate done that before above and beyond wish I knew her name she's excellent employee
nasty place ,chicken so nasty, dry ,Biscuits no good hard like a rock I waste my money $32 dollars for the meal
